Its location
The staff was discourteous specially security staff. They were rude and unfriendly. No one was available to carry luggage on arrival nor any one guided about room service or system installed in the room. Restaurant service was available after 3:00 pm which caused difficulty. Hot water is not available throughout the day nor room heating system work properly.
