the activities

my neighbors were extremely loud, I had to speak with the front desk about them. my room wasn’t properly cleaned, the staff didn’t seem to be able to answer any questions without asking another member. the water park area wasn’t very clean, the water was murky.

It's not worth what they charge.

It has a great location and has everything you need to do.

They didn't give me the cabin I rented for. He was placed in a three-story cabin and the whole family was divided. The bed was super hard. Very uncomfortable.

It was a spacious enough for my entire family

I arrived late with a hungry family. I received my key at the check in desk without hassle, however upon entering the property I was locked out of part A of the property. This part included the living room, dining room and kitchen area... Which was very inconvenient cause as stated I had a hungry family of 6 with me. We didn't get into this part of the property until a little after 2 am cause the electronic door was dead, which meant it took a little over 2 hours. Also one room had bed bugs. I didn't realize it the 1st night since we arrived late. However night 2 I kept feeling like something was biting me and itching. Which kept me up

Very good

The pull out sofa in the villa was not in good shape and needs to be replaced. The mattress and frame for the bed are sagging and very uncomfortable.

Not happy. I paid for 2 room villa with 2 pull out sofas only not to get what I paid for.

Well, to begin with, you said in the confirmation letter that I had a 2 bedroom villa with 2 pull out sofas. We actually had a 2 bedroom villa with 1 pull out sofa. We called the front desk, and they said that booking.com sent the reservations as to what we were given. I guess I thought I was getting what I reserved and paid for. Guess not

The way I had a confirmation from Booking.com.com as to what I paid for. It was not what I got.

Everything was kid friendly and close so, that you really didn't need to go off the facility for anything.

Due to not being able to stay in the property, I could not rate the facilities.

Unfortunately we were not able to stay in the property due to it not being ready when we were told it would be. (After 4 p.m.) We were then placed in another property that they felt would fit our family based off of the amount of people we had because they could not guarantee a time this one would be available for our family.

I feel we should’ve been notified that we would not be in this property and if the time of availability was going to be different we should’ve been notified as well.

For the price I paid, this was a great place to stay. I would definitely come stay here again.

It was awesome having the whirlpool tub. It was clean.

I didn’t like that they had the coffee maker but no coffee or filters. It didn’t take standard filters either so we just couldn’t use it. Also, there was only one tv remote so I had to carry the remote up and down the stairs which I usually forgot so had to run back up or down and grab it.

my deluxe apartment was a bit dirty. there was active mold and mildew growth in the whirlpool tub jets that shot out when the tub started

The grounds are beautiful, accommodations didn’t meet our needs.

Pretty.

I reserved 2 beds, for 2 girls and one boy. Only one bed. After we climbed those 2 flights of stairs with toys and luggage, we didn’t want to carry everything back down the steps. The steps were too much for us. Plus, none of the televisions worked.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheandoah Villas. The apartment was clean and tidy.

Location and activities on the resort. Apartment was good, but furniture could be updated.

comfortable stay close to all recreation

-cozy upper level, well stocked kitchen supplies, & working fridge, comfy living room, & Wi-Fi connection, nice dining room table/chairs, nice windows and lighting -good location

-the lower level was extremely cold with no adjustment of temperature. the hvac system didn’t work in the lower level. my son wasn’t comfortable at all -there’s no shower in the main level bathroom plus the tub was leaking

The view of the mountain.

My reservation had a mix-up . Tooks almost my whole first evening and perseverance on my end to get it resolved. Booking.com did reimburse me for a days stay for the inconvenience..

The location and amount of stairs. It wasn't very clean and was very dated. And the bathroom drains upstairs were full of ants.

Exceptional

The property was a bargain. It was advertised as a 2BR, 2 Bath and other details were limited. It was nonrefundable. After booking I was able to search and find details by directly contacting the property manager. Turns out it was a condo, full kitchen. When I checked in I discovered it was Time Share related so check in was a process of selling.

Check in was pressured selling from one desk to another. This does not bother me but my wife would have been upset had she checked in. The selling was tricky with few disclosures other than sign here acknowledging we told you all the details. The property was clean and everything working but it was worn. Cabinet doors sagging slightly, old mica countertops, old faucets and so on. BUT, the value was extraordinary so I am pleased.

Fireplace for the soul and jetted tub for the body ☺️

This apartment was gorgeous 😍 Wonderful fireplace for unwinding and a jetted tub for relaxing. And it is huge. Kitchen had everything that you need and much more (even a hand mixer). They even have a vacuum cleaner. Balcony is very nice and it has a gas barbeque. Location was really good. So close to everything.

Couple of things were not as good as we expected. First, when we started jets dirt and hair came out from it. We didn't mind but maybe you would. Also, they are expecting from you to collect all your dirty towels and sheets, to take out the trash and wash dishes. Although, dishes are common decency we were surprised with other things. And the last, maybe the most unsatisfying thing... I tried to send a small package (at the hotel where I am working that is a common courtesy). I went to the front desk and they refused to help me out, it was actually quite weird situation with manager coming to speak with me over a little 6x4 box. So, I guess it's not "above and beyond" kind a place, but for winter adventure definitely very good!

Location good, the property had many steps to get to it, these were not mentioned previously. one bedroom upstairs from main area, one downstairs, so not good for families with young children.

very basic accommodation, broken blinds, a lamp that didn't work, generally run down.
