Very clean.
One must leave the leys at the lobby for them to make the room. I had forgotten about it, The daytime receptionist gave me towels, tissue, coffee and soap. That was nice.
I was told that my friend wouldn't need to leave her ID card during by the daytime staff. Then at night the other staff asked her to leave her ID card. Not a big deal, it's just that I was hoping she could come up without me going downstairs.

The hotel staff, especially the lady receptionist, was very good and cooperative. When we arrived, we found out they didn't have the room we booked. She handled the situation well by offering us a stay at another hotel or a refund.
We ended up asking for a refund because the alternative hotel they offered wasn't clean or good enough. The receptionist processed our full refund without any issues, which we appreciated. Regarding the location, it is quite far from the Walking Street. However, considering the budget price, it's understandable. Ultimately, we didn't like the location or the room situation, so we ended up booking another hotel just 200 meters from Walking Street.
