Situated in Kalispell, this lovely house for $228 per night is a great option for your next break. This spacious three level house was just completely remodeled and restored and is the perfect location for your vacation or event related stay. It is located in Kalispell on a large and very private park-like wooded lot with a creek flowing through it, limited mountain views, and a fire pit. Well behaved pets are welcome, please see Pet Policy for more details. It has a private driveway and ample off street parking. The house has four private bedrooms each with a queen size bed, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining space with breakfast bar and dining table, a large living room, and a spacious rec-room with a full wet bar and flat screen TV. It has a large deck with outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill for entertaining groups of under 10. It has good mattress in every room, comfortable furniture, new kitchen appliances and amenities, and a washer and dryer. Free wi-fi, cable television , and streaming capability with two new 50" flat-screen smart TV's. The house is within walking distance of downtown Kalispell's best restaurants and bars and is centrally located for excursions to Glacier Park, Flathead Lake, Whitefish ski area and the many other natural wonders the area has to offer. It is conveniently located across the street from Kalispell's Woodland Park which has a ponds, a water park, beautiful flower gardens, a skate/bike park and a skating rink in the later fall and winter. The house can comfortably sleep eight guest, and up to 10 guests .There is an additional $45.00 one time charge for additional guests. The pull-out couch is located on the lower level . We do have a pack and play available also. We also rent a two bedroom/two bath apartment next door for larger groups (VRBO1846704 Creekside). In Park Place, each level has its own bathroom. Folks have enjoyed the large living room space with a fireplace and adjacent porch!

Positives are the location (relatively short walk to town), roominess, privacy. Home was clean, though there is obvious deferred maintenance on the exterior and the age of the home is apparent. All necessary household items were provided, and presence of deer on the lot was a plus.

The house is a nice old house, but smelly and we had to clean the deck and deck furniture to use it as it was covered with debris. The barbecue grill was unusable it was so dirty and the oven was as well. It had a puddle of grease in the bottom that when we turned it on to warm up sourdough bread, it filled the house with smoke, so we were unable to use it the rest of our stay.

This is a spacious house in a perfect location - in between Flathead Lake and Glacier, and it is across the street from Woodland Park. Even though it is in town, the way the house is situated makes it feel like a retreat. We even saw a mama deer and two little ones on the property every day!

Spacious home, very comfortable. We loved the layout and the three full bathrooms. Great location for us while attending a horse show at Rebecca Farm. Hope to stay there again, and would highly recommend!

This property was just wonderful for two families of 4. Lots of room, quaint, and very clean. This property is not accessible to wheelchairs or anyone who struggles with stairs. I would highly recommend, it's a unique find in the middle of town.

We stayed here for my daughter‘s wedding at the Diamond B. This was a great location. Still in town and accessible to all the local amenities as well as being private and secluded. Within walking distance of downtown, museums, Woodland park and water park. The three levels were great to accommodate the multiple families that stayed. I would definitely stay here again.

This was by far The most loveliest home we have yet to stay in!! it had lots of room very very clean was very private but yet very close to every thing around you as far as getting to stores and we are just so grateful that we were able to have all of our family there for the four days we were there and we will definitely be back this is such a great place for all ages ,, there is so much space and it really felt like home

The property is well maintained and was very comfortable. Having full bathrooms on all three floors was great. The house was close to downtown Kalispell which was very convenient. 7 of us stayed at the house and it was very roomy. The outdoor porch was a nice peek as well.

House was great for two families totaling 10 people. There was a swing set for the kids and a great kitchen to make meals for our group. Glacier NP isn't far and Flathead Lake was a blast. Property Manager is very responsive.

The house was clean, beds comfortable and kitchen offered all the basic necessities. We were on motorcycles, so having the garage available for parking was a big plus for us, especially because of the rain. Although we did not sit on the deck because of swarming mosquitoes, it is in need of painting, a deck chair was broken and the gas grill grates were so corroded, it was unusable. Overall it was an enjoyable experience!

We had a great overall stay. The home is convenient to downtown Kalispell and Woodland Park. It is an older home, but all expected conveniences were present. Home was very spacious and there was room for everyone. Had a question for the host and she responded quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our hosts were wonderful - they gave us great tips for getting car passes for Going to the Sun Road and were very responsive when we had an issue with the cable. The house is beautiful and nicely located in a secluded area, yet close to everything. The swings and fire pit were also a hit. Can’t wait to visit again.

The property was on a lovely, large lot in a quiet section of Kalispell. There was ample space throughout and the kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Easy access to downtown/shopping/restaurants etc. made this a great place to stay.

This house is very nice. Three updated levels with a large kitchen and two large living rooms. Everyone in our group had their own level. The porch was delightful in the evenings. It's close to downtown and about a mile away from several nice restaurants. The park across the street was beautiful and had a little waterpark. We went to Glacier from here and it took about 40 mins to get to the park. It is a quiet area and there was a family of deer on the front lawn every morning. Kris the property manager was excellent! Called to tell us the house was ready and we could check in two hours before the check-in time. Kris answered phone calls once we were there and was very available to us. Sally is a Super host with great communication and a very generous refund policy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home with all levels inside recently renovated with excellent taste of updates. The property manager incredibly responsive. The deck could use a few floor boards to be replaced near the front door. Love the location and privacy.

The four bedrooms of this house worked perfectly for us four seniors, as did the kitchen and wet bar areas. The very large living room had lots of room for everyone. We never ate at the dining table but did try to play cards there . Unfortunately, the dining table chairs are not very comfortable but the nicely padded stools with backs for the island were very comfortable! Some of the sinks in the bathrooms were quite slow to drain but didn’t cause us any problems. Overall we were quite happy with this rental.
