Great find, the kids loved all the Potter stuff, and so close to the HP Studios, I would recommend.
Lack of parking. I am aware on road so it’s hit and miss, but so many properties had dropped kerbs and drives it did make it a distance before we could park.
Not a complaint, just an observation to future guests.

Loved the harry potter theme, it was very close to harry potter studios, it was clean and tidy. Complimentry box of biscuits and milk in the fridge was a fantastic touch. They had the harry potter movies on dvd, the books and toys to keep the kids entertained. The beds were comfortable its was spacious inside, with all the facilitys you'd need.
I thought this accomdation was great however if i had to be picky, upon pulling up to the property outside looked a little tired and run down, i wasnt sure i had got the right place however as soon as we opened the front door all of that went away and it was fantastic.

Great styling with so many Harry Potter themed items and dressing up capes for children and adults by the front door. We loved the fact that the DVDs were available and we watched one of the films after visiting the Harry Potter studio tour. Great communication from the owners, with detailed instructions prior to arrival and then again prior to departure. Lovely to have tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided.
It was a good location for the Harry Potter studio tour - we drove and it was only a few minutes. There was no off street parking but we parked on the road, opposite the house. Able to walk to a Tesco Express and wagamama for dinner.
The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable, the house was a little hot and overheated and there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang up used towels. Other than those little things it was great.

Very close to Harry Potter world. Lots of fun decorations for the kids
Quite small, the dining room table and chairs are too big for the space
