Staff were friendly and efficient - and 24hr 👍.
Location is perfect for the city and very convenient for the transport hubs.
Plenty of facilities on site including the outdoor rooftop terrace.
I thought the climbing access to the upper bunk could've been a bit easier, not everyone is a spritely youngster. I don't know if alternatives are available on site as I never asked.

The location was good as right by the train station, only about a 7 minute walk. Very good interior design, lots of places to sit outside of your room / pod. Staff were efficient and someone always at reception.
If you have a top bunk it takes a minute to work out the best / easiest way up to your bed. As the ladders are vertical the side bar and door to lean on become a best friend. Overall very clean but the bathrooms, specifically the sinks, could do with more attention.

I stayed in one of the double bed, upper level cabin rooms which was big enough for one person with a 20kg ish medium suitcase or backpack - although a shell bag would have been a bit difficult to deal with. Obviously there is no natural light so if you need that to feel comfortable, steer clear (I didn't mind as I was just using this as a place to sleep).
Feels like a safe area with good reception and plenty of common area seating. There is a small kitchen that a lot of people seemed to use for dinners (not that big though).
Breakfast was quite good (if a little dear).
Bathrooms were pretty good for a hostel.
Not a party hostel which was good.
Staff were fine - not super friendly/chatty/offering up heaps of information or asking you if you need any guidance for the visit (like you might expect for a hostel), but this feels more like a hostel/hotel hybrid and they were polite, professional and efficient.
The ladder up to the bed is actually quite awkward to use and felt a bit unsafe.
The main issue was that I barely slept. Despite not being a party hostel, the noise from the other room doors closing is extremely disruptive. There were also other guests in a shared room that must have shared a wall with my pod that were laughing and chatting all night into the early morning, which kept me up - even with earplugs. This is not the guests' fault, but both this and the door thing are significant design issues which unfortunately detract from the otherwise good mid-range benefits (like cleanliness and security) that this kind of hostel/hotel hybrid offers.
This might be less of an issue in other pod/room types.
The charging ports up at the bed also didn't work (to be fair, I didn't ask about this when I was there).
There also seemed to be a few random crumbs on my otherwise clean bed when I got up there to sleep on night 1. I also didn't bring this up with the staff so unsure how they would have dealt with it.
