The location, nice and clean hostel.
very easy to hear everything in the neighbour’s room, could not sleep all night because the neighbour was scroling all night ant i heard everything through the wall. The smell was not very good in the room, but still the room was clean.

The staff were very friendly, proactive and helpful. The room was good, everything you need and a reasonable size. The facilities were good, everything for a good stay.
The kitchen was lacking utensils such as cutlery. There were not enough men's sinks for washing, cleaning teeth etc. Personally, I didn't like the open showers, enclosed cubicles or curtains would be nicer.

I called the hostel when arrived. The person on the phone was very friendly and helpful.Also the non-English speaking colleague who arrived to check me in.
The utilities were new and clean.
Good pit stop place.
The carpet of the room was not fully dried out after it had obviously been washed.
