Our stay in Yiannis apartment was so peaceful. Manolis is a good man and got everything what we needed. We are so happy with our stay. There is a cat 🐈 which was so adorable….. cleaning lady came 3 days each… we got 2 magnets as a gift… it was so wonderful 🤍 and the view of the sunset is amazing.
Only thing i would recommend is that to extend the kitchen orderly with proper amenities. We didn’t had enough utensils to cook and we asked from the owner and he brought it for us but the kitchen area a bit disorganized and it was not really good. We barely saw the sea view.

The owner is a very kind old man who was always available to help us. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The area is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. There is a big supermarket just a few minutes walk away. We stayed for 4 nights and after 2 nights a lady came to clean and give us new towels/bedsheets.
The apartment was 35-40mins walking distance from everything (beach, historical places, etc...). It is probably worth to rent a car or a scooter, because it is much faster to reach destinations from the apartment. If someone would like to walk, expect a walk up a hill for the final stretch, but otherwise it is doable.

The room was a decent size and a washing machine was available.
TV did not work. Aircon batteries were flat upon arrival, but quickly resloved. The shower head did not have a support/holder. The local bus from the port is unreliable and limited frequency. If you are happy to walk to Rhodes center it takes approx. 30 minutes but most of the footpaths are in poor condition. Feel sorry if you were a person with any disability.
But that's Greece I suppose
