The hot tub, and the view… being right on the river was beautiful. Isaiah the receptionist was awesome! Took care of us.
The one hot tub did not have the jets working.
There were a few little things broken in our room when we arrived. Like a plate was placed underneath the table leg to prop it up, and some other nightstand table adjustments were just laying on the side.
There was a soccer tournament with loads of kids running around and screaming, which I’m glad they were having fun just didn’t seem like the place to host a soccer team, thought it would be relaxing.

The location overlooks the Columbia River. It's a beautiful location. Staff is also very attentive and responsive to requests. Overall, the location is good for anyone who wants to explore the sleepy mountain town of Revelstoke. I also liked the soaps they provided in the bathroom, along with the rain-shower showerhead.
I recently learned of the term "builder's grade" which describes the use of low quality materials that barely pass inspection in the construction of a home. This place is the perfect example of that. Cupboard doors don't close all the way, our bathroom door didn't shut or lock, and fixtures (like towel racks) are not anchored properly into the walls.
We were also set up with a coffeemaker that didn't work. The pot for the coffeemaker was too large, and while my partner was in the bathroom having a shower, the pot overflowed onto the floor.
Another irritating feature is that the previous tenant's netflix and prime accounts were not logged out of, and we needed to get outside help to get it to work. For some reason, Prime didn't work at all.
