Clean sheets, good air conditioning (quiet and efficient). Wall socket with 3 connectors between the bed is good! Water dispenser available in the lobby.
A light switch and a small table between the twin beds would be good to put cellphones for charging.
Location close to bus terminal is excellent for late arrival/departure. Easy to reach with Balikpapan City Trans during its operating hours.
Foodstalls in walking distance.
Shower head in room 21 bears mould and schould be replaced. Room was clean, but bathroom and cupboard were not. TV not working. No cup or glass in the room but I could request one.

Lokasi dekat dengan Terminal Batu Ampar dan JNE dan Yova Minimart..juga menyediakan Jasa Laundry dan Lokasi yg dekar dengan berbagai rumah makan ataupun street food.
Penginapan bersih, cuma agak tua sedikit dan aroma kamar pas datang berbau Apek...
Agak kaget pas tau kamar saya dibuka tanpa ijin terlebih dlu, saya liat sampah di tong sampah yg dibuang & AC yg di matikan..
Padahal setiap saya nginap di hotel atau penginapan lain saya tidak matikan AC nya, karena Sipaya saat saya datang Ruangan dingjn....
Saran :
Jika mau membersihkan kamar Harap tanya dlu, karena tidak semua nyaman dengan ini.

Budget friendly place near the bus station with shops an eateries around. Public places were clean. Hot and cold drinking water was provided
The bathroom was neglected and no hot water and towel provided. They could install a small shower water heater in each bathroom.
