Nestled in Eagle, this lovely house for $99 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath town home has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Our staff has increased our efforts to disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, and remote controls. Our staff will be vigilant to keep themselves safe as well as our guests. We encourage individuals who are sick to stay home. We believe that our homes will be safer than a large hotel, but there are no guarantees. We have relaxed our cancellation policies if you become ill and need to stay home. Queen beds in both bedrooms and a couch in the living room that makes into a queen sized bed. Covered parking with additional parking immediately adjacent. Covered rear patio with patio table and chairs and charcoal BBQ. Kitchen has everything you will need to cook for yourself should you choose. Linens and towels are provided, the only thing you will need to bring is your clothes, toiletries and food.

Great location, walking distance or short drive to anything you could need. Property is the end unit of a townhome so you do share one wall with neighbors. Overall safe and quiet stay.

It was my first time in the area, we lost a package and the landlord was very responsive and helpful. The location is hidden behind a small shopping center but it is clean and well put together inside and also safe.

We liked the townhome and where it was located but the mattresses and couch are so bad no one slept in the place during our stay. They also placed mattress covers on them and made me feel like a toddler and made you way to hot. They should not have those on. They need to change there furniture out as it made our stay not so fun.

Thank you for such a nice stay. The location in downtown Eagle was wonderful, we were able to walk to breakfast at Rembrandts. Clean, comfortable, good working a/c. Loved the convenience of the laundry, too.

This place is great for a small family or if you are travelling alone like I was. The location is close to many great places (Albertsons, a few coffee shops, gas stations, liquor store, etc) but it's off the main road, so it's very quiet. I was always comfortable and wished I could have stayed a few more days. The kitchen had all the basics, some oil, spices, coffee K-cups, utensils, etc. The bed I stayed on was comfortable. It's great because one room had a TV and one didn't. I slept in the one that didn't, so I wasn't tempted to watch TV instead of sleeping. But I had the option! The bathroom was clean, plenty of towels, great water pressure and temperature. Also, I arrived about 90 minutes early and asked if they could let me check in early. They responded quickly and let me know they would accommodate if they could (and explained why they might not be able). Fortunately, they could. But if they couldn't have, I fully understood why. Seriously, no complaints - everything was great!

The location and place was just fine. But there was urine on the toilet seat, and some hair on the towels. Having a place be clean is the most important thing for us. We don't need fancy. Sorry I can't give this a better review. Love that it was an end unit with lots of light.

We unfortunately had a medical emergency arise shortly after arriving to the property and had to leave. That being said, the property was clean and comfortable. When we return to the area, we will consider booking here again

The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Amenities were well thought out and complete. It was located in an older apartment looking complex. The patio was nice, however not very private and could have been cleaner.

I had a really nice stay while in town for work. I stayed by myself, and it had many more amenities than nearby hotels, and the price was better than a hotel for the dates I needed. The condo is a bit dated, but everything worked well, was very comfortable, and clean. Check in and check out was easy. I would happily stay here again. My thanks to the hosts!

Our stay was very nice and we really enjoyed the accommodations. Location and amenities were awesome. We stayed at this rental for 24 days while visiting famil, friends and working. This property was a good location and easy to get to everywhere in the Boise area. The property was immaculate. We only had 4 adults. I think it would be a little tight for 6 adults.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. This is our second time staying in this condo complex (not the same condo, as there are multiple short stay rentals, but in the same complex) and it has been quiet and family friendly each time. My only (minor) complaint is that the hot water could have lasted longer. It would run out before the end of one (not excessively long, but not rushed) shower. Maybe it is an older water heater, I’m not sure. Thank you for a great stay, regardless!

The condo was perfect for our weekend trip to Eagle! It was clean and as advertised. Centrally located in Eagle, it was conveniently located for our activities. The owners were easy to contact when we had a minor issue with our door code, and it was resolved quickly. Neighbors were quiet and the area was nice. When we arrived we were initially worried about parking, but the carport that is part of the condo fit our full sized diesel truck without issue. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This property was so lovely, and welcoming! The furnishings were just beautiful and everything was so clean. It looked like a model home. It also was centrally located and we were able to walk to restaurants and stores. The communication with the Managers was so easy as well. We highly recommend this property to everyone!!

The property was very nice for our purpose, we had a wedding to attend right next to this property, we spent most of the days going to different places and just went to the property to sleep. We liked the layout of the property, fully equipped with all TV in both rooms, conformable beds and furnishers. We will definitely look again for this property if we would need to go back to Eagle.

The managers of this property are some of the best, if not THE best property managers I have dealt with from a VRBO property. Joyce kept us up to date regarding a water main break that occurred the morning we were supposed to check in. She went WAY beyond the pale in order to take care of us. We will definitely try to get into one of their properties next time we are in the area.
