This is my second time staying at this property with out-of-town family and we love it. The home is conveniently located not only to my local family in Eagle, but to many amenities in the area. There are beautiful trails and sidewalks running throughout the neighborhood, and I took several walks. It is spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with unexpected items like coffee, spices and honey, along with many small appliances. The TV includes Hulu Live and Netflix and is in the cozy family room with plenty of comfortable seating. The backyard is lovely and includes patio seating and a grill. There is garage parking with a remote opener available. I would highly recommend this rental for your family stays and will return in the future if my scheduling needs call for it.

One of the best maintained older homes we have ever been in. Definitely had a home feeling. I enjoy places that offer some touches that make you feel like a guest- salt/pepper/baggies/leftover canned goods. Always a better than a hotel feeling. The beds were mostly comfortable- that’s always a personal choice. I would say being locked out on the thermostat was a disappointment. It feels like being a restricted child. I sleep hot and with the location of the home being so close to a main highway- windows open at night was not the best option. And none of the bedrooms have fans to help circulate that air. Overall location as good to shopping/food/entertainment. However, you are only 1 house in from the main highway, so outside noise is up there. We enjoyed the neighbor and chatted up with several neighbors. Very friendly people. We would stay again- planning with our own fans the next time.
