This apartment is in a great area of Athens with really good connections, 5 minutes to Petralona station, 10 to Karameikos, 15ish minutes into the center. There is a good AB supermarket over the metro line and little cafes all around. Area is quite hilly as it's basically at the bottom of the hill. Really friendly host and responds quickly.
Bedrooms have AC and the balconies are good for drying out anything you hand wash.
Parking situation is crazy if you're not used to Athens, although nothing can be done to help that obviously. You've got to be good at parallel parking and a small car is ideal. Corners are really tight and it can be hard to find a parking spot outside, you might have to walk a little bit.
Bathroom ceiling is quite short (can't be helped) so if you're nearing 6 foot you probably will not be able to stand in the bath.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z Wynajmującym. Mieszkanie większe niż na zdjęciach. Bardzo czysto. Spokojny budynek, cicha okolica. Sprawna klimatyzacja.

Comfortable beds.
No warm water during few hours in the day. So we cannot take proper shower.
Also irregularity in heating.
