Good stay

the room was big. also the staff was kind and willing to help.

We stayed at the second floor and the stair was too steep (luckily they brought our luggage upstairs when we arrived). the bathroom actually didn’t have any walls or door and it was really uncomfortable. also the location is really isolated. it is 15min walking distance from the center but you can find with the same price somewhere closer to the center.

BUGS/COCKROACHES, NO WATER at times, Horrible internet, Loud noises from other renters, street noise and from Gravel/Sand Depot with trucks coming and going 7 days a week, Whole property needs a MAJOR clean, fumigation, renovation and repairs.

manager really easy to deal with always friendly. the place is perfect for a good rest. Mauricio also help us with our backpacks for 1 extra day whiteout asked for extra money. Really happy to stay here.

would be nice to have a mosquito net in the bed also a kettle for tea 😄 nothing biggie.

Space, looks, facilities

Lots of power cuts, then no water (shower, toilet, dishes) and no electricity etc. The last power cut yellow houses couldnt help, this was in whole Bocas and took a long time.. This meant we couldnt flush toilets or doing dishes the day we left. The earlier ones where quickly solved by the staff, but with no power we didn't have internet so we couldnt inform them by whattsapp. Also you can hear the neighbours literally including tv etc, bad noice isolation. But the place is big, clean, beautiful and the location outside the busy town. We liked our stay and would recommend.

there was a (bad) smell in the room that made all my clothes so Nelly I had to wash them all afterwards.

Spacious wooden apartment.

Spacious apartment with wooden furniture, balcony, full equipped kitchen, good AC and WiFi. Bicycle for rent. Few shops nearby.

Great affordable stay in Bocas Town

Great apartment in Bocas. Owners were very responsive to our questions and helpful. Had everything you would need, even for a long term stay. Area was quiet, about a ten minute walk from the center of town or a $2 taxi ride. Grocery store next door was very convenient. Mauricio even had bikes available for rent if we had wanted them. Thanks, hope we will be back for a longer visit soon.

Our unit was on the second floor and the stairs are steep, so maybe ask for a lower unit if you have mobility issues.

efficient place.

it had everything you needed for the stay in bocas. close to the center but far enough to feel relaxed from the noisy bars.

there is no sound isolation between rooms, so you will listen everything from the others room and also, the bathroom don’t have a door, so even if you are with your couple it can be complicated.

Great place to stay in Bocas!

Great space, very open and ideal for the climate and temperature. In a great location, the town center is very walkable. Very good value for money

The price was different than listed online, it was slightly more and due in cash so could catch some people out.

Cute well equipped bungalow, good for a longer stay

Super spacious bungalow, felt like a little home! We cooked our meals there most nights so the kitchen was well equipped. It even had wine glasses and a corkscrew! It was next door to a supermarket which was really convenient. Location was good and only 10 mins from the port walking distance and a bike rental shop 5 mins away. Mauricio was really great and helpful. He gave me some coconut water that had just fallen from the tree!

The wifi was spotty- sometimes great but sometimes cut out. The bungalow is directly outside the main road so it was very loud in the morning! Bring some ear plugs!

Big studio, great location!

Yellow Houses is very nicely located just 8min walk from ‘Bocas action’ so you have your quiet time here but then you can just jump in on the fun whenever! The place is a biiiiig studio,and has everything you need - I like to cook my own meals so I loved the fully equipped kitchen. Michael and Mauricio are very responsive and accommodating! Thank you
