Comfortable apartment in great location

Comfortable, quiet apartment in a great location very close to Piazze Napoleone & San Michele in Lucca, with lots of nearby bars and restaurants. The host, Marco, was easy to contact and very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. Really liked the modern shower and comfortable bed. There's a balcony off one of the bedrooms as well.

No complaints. I have osteoarthritis in my hip and did find the rope bannister on the staircase a little tricky but otherwise all fine.

Short stay Lucca

Nel cuore Di lucca was an excellent choice. The apartment was centrally located within in the walls surrounded by great restaurants and an easy walk to Anfiteatro, the wall and other attractions. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable with all the amenities required for a short stay.

Only downside was that my mum struggled with the stairs entering the apartment. This isn't normally a problem but for someone who uses a stick the ornamental bannister wasn't any good. This could be improved by installing a bannister that provides suitable support for using the stairs which are steeper than most stairs.
