Idyllic town

Brilliant location. Well equipped kitchen

Sofa bed very uncomfortable with metal bars able to be felt through the mattress. Very noisy at night.

Central location, comfortable apartment, would stay again.

Location was central and perfect for our stay. A self contained apartment which had the essentials for a good stay. Once negotiating access, figuring where to park became evident. Well insulated and climate controlled apartment.

Communication with owner was a little sketchy. Needed to get on to Whats app till I was able to communicate. We were a touch early arriving and need to know where to park. Finally managed to get through.

BEWARE - UNRESPONSIVE HOST, NO HEATING OR WARM WATER - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

The host was COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE before, during, and after our stay. I contacted the host days before our arrival, asking for info on the key box code, as the reservation stated the key is in the box. No answer. When we arrived to the apartment, we contacted the host again, on booking, called her on her phone, sent messages. Still nothing. We tired from the trip, plus I have dog, so it was very stressful to wait for an answer and wonder where we'll sleep if the host doesn't answer. I then contacted booking for help. They sent her a message saying she has 30 minutes to contact us or booking will find us another place to stay. She then finally called us back and told us the key code so that we can get in. But then, there was more trouble. We quickly learned that the water heater was not working properly so WE HAD NO WARM WATER OR HEATING. I asked the host for help, but there was once again no answer. Showering was extremely difficult without hot water and it was very cold on the apartment as there was no heating and temperatures were low. The host never contacted us back and we never got a refund.
