As a Texas-inspired vacation home, this place is all about the outdoor fun: a large pool,fire pit table, cribs, covered seating area and a ton of games is perfect for large groups or families. features both indoor/outdoor dining areas. Complete with football table, air hockey table, checkers board game, toppling tower, domino, ping pong table, BBQ and large TV, Alexa device. Everything is brand new!

We loved the house. It was so great for our group of teachers. The pool was nice each evening after the Texas heat. It does need a deep clean. The beds were all very clean. It just needs a deep clean such as the floors, appliances and furniture. The carpet is really stained. There are many tiles broken around the pool which had sharp edges. We would return but wanted to point these things out because if someone thinks they are getting an immaculate and super clean house they are not. It’s such a great house overall.

The listing for this home like many have said is deceiving. The pictures that are online are very outdated. The house needs some repairs throughout the home. The crown molding around the one of the windows is coming down. The yard had dead tree branches and needed to be cleaned in the gated area. The patio furniture was old and the cushions needed to be replaced. The firepit was old and rusted, it needed to be replaced. We didn't even get in the pool and that was the purpose of us renting the house. The pool water was nothing like the picture. There was only one television throughout the whole house. Television's are really cheap now and it wouldn't cost much to add one to the other rooms. The home owner said professionals clean the home which I don't believe is true. There was spiderwebs inside the light fixtures where the television was and throughout the house. All the plugins were empy and needed to be replaced. The kitchen was not fully stocked, it just had the bare minimums. The shared bathroom shower handle is messed up and needs to be replaced. The master bathroom only one of the shower heads work. The bathroom fixtures are very outdated. The molding around all the bathroom doors needs to be repainted. The neighbors on each side of us put cones out in front of their homes so you couldn't park in front of their house. I thought this was funny because it was only four of us and we only had one car.
The home was just okay, I have stayed in better ones. My advice to the homeowner is to not rent it for a few months and make the necessary repairs to update the home to make it more modern. Get rid if the futon furniture throughout the home. Some people that rent the home, can't sit that low. Stock the kitchen with better cookware and silverware; get an air fyer and waffle maker. A few minor repairs and a welcome basket with snacks for each guest stay would give your home a five star rating. I which VRBO would allow us to post pictures. I took plenty to show and to back up my review.

Home was great for our family. The biggest issue we faced was while we were out of the home, the pool cleaning company came and shocked the pool. Leaving a note that we could not enter the pool for 24 hours. Otherwise, it was amazing!

The landscaping around the pool and the front of the home could have been manicured better, the subdivision is very nice but very disappointed that the owners are basically slumlords. The owner only responded to little concerns that were brought up the major issues were ignored.

I got there and there was one tv for the entire house. That one tv screen was cracked from side to side , top to bottom. I told the owner and all he said was "oh, the cleaning crew must of forgot to clean it." Then their were only 3 wash rags In the whole house. There was 6 of us. Fun in the sun
We booked this house because it had a pool and was near our home. Family fun
When we arrived it was a little deceiving. It wasn’t like the pics displayed. But I will say that as we got situated the house started to grow on us. We had a good time in the pool and played games. It dosnt have a spa. It’s an extension of the pool. That’s what the owner told us. I thought to myself wow. I know when the build the pool they didn’t ask to have an extension of the pool put on the pool
That’s was alittle silly if you ask me. But over all. It was decent. And my family enjoyed them self’s. We took nice walks around the neighborhood, that was nice.

This property has room for several people, with room to spread out and be comfortable. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Cul-de-sac with room to park more than one vehicle. Interior of home is dated but adequate for the cost. Pool area and back yard could have been cleaned better. Fire pit and grill are useful but had to get exchanged ourselves. Informed property owner and they kindly re-embursed us for the cost. Air hockey table doesn’t work. No kitchen towels. Kids had fun playing football and ping pong. If you need a reasonably priced house for several people, this will work.

Fun and Relaxing Family Time
My family loved our stay in this home. Located in a lovely neighborhood, this beautiful home with super comfortable beds and fabulous amenities was the perfect place for our family vacation. We would gladly stay there again! Please note, the description includes a pool table but there isn't one, and the kitchen was not as well stocked with equipment as I've experienced at some. If you have a particular interest, I suggest you ask about it.
