great!

Everything was great! Glad to have stayed at this beautiful house in this great neighborhood.

We booked this place for 2 nights and it wasn’t exactly what I expected based on the pictures and descriptions- there were a few things that could use some maintenance and that was very disappointing like the jacuzzi being broken, air hockey machine being broken and there not being any functioning outside patio lights so we were out in the pool swimming in the dark after the sun set but it was still a nice, big house with plenty to do and my kids had fun; which was my main objective. House was clean when we arrived and the cleaner was very sweet, she arrived to begin cleaning before we left at checkout time- we would’ve appreciated if the lights could have been fixed after I let the manager know on our first night there because it felt a little unsafe being out on the water in the dark with my toddlers but they love swimming, they would jump in every chance they'd get and argued with me when it was time to go saying they “want to stay there forever.” In the end we all had a blast!

We had a few snags from the start of our trip. Check-information was never sent. It took us over an hour, an unanswered phone call and text to the owner, and finally a call to VRBO to have check-in information provided. I had to text several times to ask about WiFi, check out instructions, etc as nothing was present in the home or in the app. The house was very spacious and we loved the pool but it was not as “new” in person as it is shown in photos. There are cobwebs through the house, the secondary bathroom shower handle is reversed so you couldn’t have hot water and full pressure at the same time, and the outdoor space/pool needed to be cleaned (there was a fake fingernail in the drain). There was also an ungodly amount of mosquitos or other biting insects inside the home. I left covered in bites. Overall, I would not book again
