Contact with Valentina through app was great and quick and very personal with tips for trips and she even helped us with a birthday cake for our daughter. We came at the same time as another family in the apartment next door, but her partner was waiting for us to let us in and show us around.
Not much could have been better. The bed for the kids were just 'mattresses' on the ground, but they slept fine and we were informed. Maybe we could have been slightly better informed on where to find all the kitchen supplies, but we just looked around and found everything we needed.

The place was perfect and the location is central in relation to everything that is worth seeing, eating and drinking in the Langhe region. We can not begin to say how wonderful the hosts are. Valentina and her family are so warm and inviting and you truly feel that they really want you to have the best experience possible.
The apartment we had (one of two) has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and for a week´s stay it is nice to have your own washing machine. The interior is very tastefully done with a mix of modern and traditional touches. The apartment had an outside lounge area and a dining table which is private. The pool is only shared with the guests staying in the other apartment (although we had the pool to ourselves the whole week).
Valentina is very helpful in guiding you to the best restaurants, grocery stores, markets etc and she is always available. Within a 10-15 drive you can reach beautiful villages such as La Morra (with a nice size store with the food you need), Barolo, Monforte dÀlba and more. Each of these have multiple restaurant options, wine shops and wineries.
The apartment is located a 15 minute (uphill) walk/3 minute drive from Novello. A small village with a few restaurants and beautiful views of the region.
When we return to Piemonte, there is no doubt that we will stay here again.

Die Gastgeber Valentina und David sind unglaublich lieb, fürsorglich, hilfsbereit. Das Appartement wunderschön mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Tolle Terasse. Absolut ruhige Lage, toller Pool.

Tutto prefetto! A lovely, well renovated old borgata, quietly located just outside Novello. The outside area with the pool and pergola is shared with the other appartment, but we pretty much had it for ourselves all our stay. The owners are such nice people, helping us to find the best restaurants, which there are a lot in the region.
