Hot shower, comfy bed. TV worked well. Good aircon, large room. It’s in a quiet residential area, we didn’t have a scooter so just walked to main Senggigi/ got taxis, but easy enough to get around. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was fair for price.
WiFi was very bad - there are multiple networks you can use but all only had 1 bar and didn’t work, so we were using data the whole time. Lots of stray dogs about so if you don’t have a scooter would recommend getting taxis back at night!

It was a nice and clean place. The owners were very nice and sorted us a bike and did our laundry for a reasonable price. It was in a great location about 20 min walk to centre.
The hot water ran out quite quickly in the evenings

The bed was very comfy
The staff at the desk didn’t speak english but well enough to tell me kitchen was close. No reason, had to ask the manager very seriously to see the kitchen use water refill and order breakfast. They weren’t hiding the menu. The guests staying there for 4 days didn’t know about kitchen, coffee and water, terrible customer service.
It was also very noisy, staff yelling to each other all day and dogs braking. Not a peaceful stay at all.
Wifi also is very weak and i didn’t have Netflix has other reviews say.
