you have a full Villa for your stay...for a very nice price
-kitchen with tea and other items
-space for minimum 6 people
-tv in front of every bed
-absolute beautiful view to the beach and sea from the upper stage ( best room )
-all AC and fan
-car driving 5 to 10 minutes to Matara City (much or less traffic)
-super friendly owner open for every wish

It all depends on what you’re looking for, but I had a very nice stay here. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, as was the bathroom. The owner is one of the nicest people I've met; the beach isn't touristy and more of a fishing village area, but it's so authentic! The location is also excellent, with a 10-minute walk to the lighthouse and the city center or temple.

Coconut drink on arrival was nice....Area near the sea, easy to get transport and food delivery. Washing machine worked well and aircon in top bedroom was ok.
The villa is not really as pictures look, i think the description is very misleading, there is no shuttle bus as advertised , pics of must of been how it did look previously....i want to be honest, bedding was clean, towels provided hot water was on and off, we did have the villa to ourselves but only used upstairs as that was the semi cleanest area for us....we expected afew insects but ants in the kitchen and quite afew geckos on alot of the walls, 😉, i had to clean the fridge before use...in full if you just want somewhere to sleep cheaply its ok, there is 3 double bedrooms, but i would say for families with children i would not stay
..the garden part is small with no furniture as described. ...we left 1 night early, and to be fare they wanted to charge us for 4 nitrs instead of 5 thar we booked,but i paid the 5 nites.its a shame as this could be made into a lovely villa but just looks half done...and misleading description.
