Great location, 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the bus station. The place is clean and the kitchen has all needed equipment. The bathroom also had washing gel for laundry and the balcony a drying rack. Even though the ac is only in the living room, the bedroom gets cooled down as well.
The bathroom gets very warm and stuffy during the day, despite the ventilation. Not enough toilet paper was provided for the whole stay.

The host was exceptional. She was eating for us till late night to come. She told us about the routs and beaches. I can not say one bad word about her. The apartment was great too.

The apartment was of a good size, very suitable for a family of three, including a child. It was well equipped, including a blender, microwave, kettle, etc. The host was very kind to bring us a cot with bedsheets and a lot of toys. The location was close to the beach, supermarket, playgrounds, 15 min to the Old Town.
The worst thing was a view from the apartment. We were given an apartment on the ground floor that faced a "wild parking". There was a car always parked right under our balcony. When I asked a car owner he replied that he owns this parking place and all the questions should go to the landlord who rented the apartment. Overall, the entire area looks like a massive construction site. If you are sensitive to the view, avoid this area and this apartment in particular and find something closere to Old Town or Budvanian Riviera which is a very nice hotel complex nearby. The landlord shall give a discount for such a view from the apartment, not sell it for the full price.
