Ce studio est très confortable et agréable. L’équipement est de très bonne qualité et super propre.
L’accès difficile que ce soit l’accès marches ou par la côte.

We had a lovely stay in this small studio. It’s compact but really well equipped — everything we needed was there, including a coffee machine and access to washing machines, which made the stay super convenient. Clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short trip.
The studio is very small, so make sure to check the size carefully before booking. The bunk bed is located right at the entrance hallway and directly in front of the bathroom, which wasn’t ideal for us. The sliding doors are a bit squeaky, and the bathroom vent can be quite noisy.
Other than that, everything else was perfect — the space is well equipped, clean, and has everything you need for a short stay.

Апартаменты оснащены всем необходимым. Особенно понравилась стиральная машина, нам было актуально. Но больше всего понравилось, что она была идеально чистой! Апартаменты обновлены, чистые. Хорошее постельное белье. Есть парковочное место, оно в подземном гараже, туда поместился даже наш почти 2-ух метровый (высота) бус, хотя на знаке написано максимально 1,90. Не далеко идти до подъемника и есть шатл, но он ниже чем жилой комплекс останавливается и приходит не к самому подъемнику, но все же. Апартаменты в тихом месте. Фредерик (хозяин) всегда на связи, всегда ответит и поможет. Нам понравилось!
Из минусов: выдвижные межкомнатная и душевая двери не удобно и шумно открываются, кровати и матрасы разъезжаются, не очень шумоизоляция.
