The house is located in a great location, downtown Charlotte is easily accessible by car. Plenty of room and very clean and tidy. Communication with the owner was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

This property was fantastic! It was clean and located I. A great location. We were w/in minutes of the Stadium! You Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay when attending a game at Bank Of America Stadium.

The place is very homey and comfortable with lots of room. Location is very convenient to a lot of things. The neighborhood is an interesting mix of gorgeous refurbished cottages and homes that are in need of fixing. Overall we had a great stay.

My family and I went for a weekend getaway and this house is perfect for that! The dogs were able to have a fenced in yard and we all had our own room. The beds are super comfortable, and everything is very spacious. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

This property was so clean and very cute. Large fenced backyard for our dog. We were in town for a concert and the property was so close to downtown, very convenient. The only constructive comment that I would add is that it would great if there were blinds in the kitchen and the large back window so you didn't feel like the neighbors could look in at night when the lights are on. (All of the street facing windows have blinds.) Other than that, it was absolutely perfect and the host was great! We loved our visit and will stay again if we return to the area.

The house was perfect for our group. Large open common areas with plenty of seating. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Only complaint is the wifi was spotty. Everything else was great, good location and owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Rentered this sweet cozy cottage for a place to stay for our son's wedding in Charlotte. It was perfect and had everything we needed. Fenced in back yard for dog. Was a plus and area to sit and relax to unwind would rent again!

Very affordable and comfy. They thought of everything when stocking the place which was very convenient. I have been places where I have to buy toilet paper and laundry soap for our stay. Its close to Walmart and the gym which was a plus for me. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely cottage, comfortable beds, great living room space for cards and tv, dining table accommodates many. Gorgeous large trees in the backyard that provide shade and the feel of nature. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again!

The home was well stocked, had everything my family and I needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find wood in the closet for us to use in the backyard fire pit. Beds were very comfortable. Friendly neighbors, nice location. Spacious fenced in back yard for the dogs to run around and play. My only complaint would be the pet hair on the linen in the bunk bed room, triggered my brother’s allergies pretty bad but other than that the place was well kept. I’d stay again.

Host was very quick to reply to any questions we had. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was great for our dog with a large fenced in yard. House was super clean and had everything we needed on hand. Two minutes from the Panthers Stadium and 15 minutes from Carowinds. Definitely recommend!

We were traveling for the first time with our pup and needed a place close to where my 94 yr old dad lived . There was a nice small park nearby to throw a ball and take our pup for a walk to. Backyard perfect too. Close to highway , so if a little highway noise bothers you , you might like to bring a sound machine( I don’t travel without it) . It did not hinder our stay .

We stayed at this property with our Labrador for the Mid-Atlantic boat show. I was able to walk to and from this house from downtown in 35-40 minutes. The property was lovely, clean, well-stocked with essentials, comfortable and adorably decorated. Our only con was that the property is located close to the highway and train and while the bed was extremely comfortable, a good night sleep was challenging due to the noise.

Wonderful stay for us and our dog! Would definitely stay here again in future trips to Charlotte. We were moving our daughter to town and this house worked great! She ended up needing to stay with us for a few days while getting her apartment in order and loved it here also! Close to everything! Comfortable beds and great living area.

The house was well stocked, very clean (I would give it 6 stars for cleanliness if possible), and well located only 4-5 minutes from the convention center by car. Would definitely stay there again, when in Charlotte.

This home was absolutely perfect! The location was excellent and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. All of the amenities and decor in the home makes you feel like you are comfortable in your own home. I do plan to return to NC and I’ll definitely be booking this property again. I highly recommend!

Cute renovated and decorated bungalow in an up and coming historic neighborhood driveable to everything. The large, fenced in yard with string lights and sofa is the perfect place to relax. I was happy to find such a great rental that allows pets!

This house was perfect for a girls weekend in Charlotte/Asheville. Perfect amount of space for sleeping, eating and relaxing. Not to mention it was very close to downtown and other popular areas. We would definitely stay here again when in Charlotte!

We were in town for a concert at BOA stadium, we walked to it in just a little over a mile with ease! Stayed a couple of nights and thoroughly enjoyed revitalized Wilmore area and South End Charlotte. Very clean and comfy. Thank you for a wonderful stay and hope to come again sometime!

The house was dirty. The couch was held up with a brick. There was left over sauce on the counter. Hair and mold in the shower. Washed most of our dishes by hand since the dish washer wouldn’t turn on. The outdoor furniture was covered with rotten tarps. It had weeds all over the yard and dog poop. It could be a case of a bad housekeeper, or something different. It just wasn’t 5 star in our opinion.

What a PERFECT location to downtown! The house was very clean and updated nicely. We had 3 couples there for a concert at B of A Stadium. House was perfect for us, was very well kept and owner was very quick to respond to questions. Would be a great house to rent for any event in downtown Charlotte!
