The proximity to the centre of Colmar is brilliant, an easy 10 mins walk. The apartment is a reasonable size, well equipped with a very comfortable bed and good pillows. The apartment is on a well used road, but this was not an issue for us. On advice from the host we parked in St Josse car park which was secure, reasonably priced (3 Euro for 24 hours) and no more than 5 mins walk (There were lots of cars from other countries). We would park there again. You can pull up outside the apartment to load and unload the car
Off the street there is a shared yard that could be cleaned up and the entrance way to the apartment is a bit dark (There is a light near the door)

Son emplacement, l’équipement et la propreté
Le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de place de parking gratuite. Heureusement, sur les conseils de notre hôte nous avons trouvé un parking pas trop cher

Great location, minutes walk from the old town. Small but cozy apartment, we had all we needed for a family of 5. There were plenty of equipment for a baby/toddler we didn't use but definitely a family friendly place.
The pillows were a bit too firm, otherwise everything was great

La posizione è l' affaccio sul retro sul giardino tenuto molto bene
L' ingresso del palazzo disordinato e sporco...improponibile. carenza di biancheria, il bagno raggiungibile con 4 scale scomode e non segnalate. Finestre sulla strada da tenere obbligatoriamente chiuse per sicurezza e privacy con un conseguente caldo invivibile.
