Cockerels nearby. But they seem to be everywhere in Philippines so it didn’t bother me anymore.

The staff were lovely and very accomodating. The actual travel lodge is a little outdated and the area is a little under developed but we didn’t mind that. We asked them to clean our room after we had been food poisoned in el nido and we came back to a very fresh room. Tv worked well, bed was comfy. We did see a rat run through the reception which put us off a little bit. There are some dogs at the travel lodge that are super cute!
