Desert Lily is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome with brand-new carpets in Coral Ridge. It is fully stocked and equipped to accommodate a large gathering with friends or family. There is a spacious two-car garage and outdoor patio area. Centrally located in all of Southern Utah's hot spots, this is the next place for a fun-filled vacation! Two-story 2,850 sq. ft. home with plenty of room to spread out! Beautiful, comfortable, modern furniture and decor throughout. Gorgeous views of the Southern Utah landscape right from the patio. With no neighbors on the east side of the property, there are unobstructed, beautiful views for you to enjoy. This home is loaded with upgrades! 10' ceilings, modern, stone tile throughout, two-tone paint, quartz countertops in kitchen and baths. Full-size front load washer and dryer in the laundry room, with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided. Amenities of the home include top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and a gas cooktop stove, with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, and water dispenser. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware for a large group. Kitchen Aid mixer, Cuisinart griddle/grill, food processor, coffee maker, crockpot, waffle maker, blender, 4-slice toaster, spices, etc. Highchair, playpen, and queen air mattress available. The kitchen has a table with an extra leaf/extension and 8 comfortable, leather chairs, with 4 barstools at the counter. The great room has a gas fireplace, with two full-size couches and two chairs, so plenty of seating and room to relax! High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. Smart tv's available on all TVs. Blue-ray DVD players in the loft/game room and family room. Alarm clocks in all of the bedrooms. Xbox Connect in Loft, with games and controllers. Two Master Suites, one upstairs and one downstairs, with king beds, luxury bedding, and ensuite bathrooms. The main master downstairs has a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The upstairs master has a full-size couch, with a queen sleeper. Both have desks/office space and large walk-in closets. The upstairs master has a private, walk-out covered balcony and the main master has a french door going out to the backyard patio. The Queen Bedroom has a private walk-out covered balcony and walk-in closet, with a full bathroom just across the hall. Beautiful four-poster bed made of teak wood from India. The bunk bedroom sleeps 7, with two bunk beds with twin over full beds and a pull-out twin trundle and walk-in closet, with flatscreen TV. The loft/Game Room has a queen sofa sleeper, a 60" flatscreen TV, large closet, connected to a full bath. There is a closet full of games in the hallway next to the bunk bedroom and loft. Large outdoor seating area, with a natural gas BBQ grill, an outdoor table that seats 6, with an umbrella, and two padded lounge chairs. Nice courtyard with seating at the front of the home. The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes wine glasses, a coffee machine and filters, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, a tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 11am. Please remember there is no smoking on or near the premises, and pets are not allowed. There will be a minimum of $200 fine for either infraction. For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters. The code to the front door will be given to you on the day of your arrival. The property has a 2-car garage and 2-car driveway. There are also extra car stalls nearby. If you have an RV, ATV, trailer, boat, or extra vehicles, Block Storage (one mile north) at 6105 W 240 N is available for $10 per space per day. There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen. Please return items there upon departure. A signed lease agreement and a refundable security deposit is required.

This property has great bones- some of the furnishings need repair or replacement- list given to property manager who we found to be very responsive. The owners suite is on the main floor- all the remaining bedrooms are upstairs- very good if your group is young… a little challenging if some are young at heart but physically older :) Great access and location to freeways, and surrounding areas- plenty to go and do or see- Clubhouse pools and hot tub were well maintained- overall a pretty great place for larger groups.

This was a great property and the hosts were wonderful to work with. They were kind and quick to respond. The only thing I'd mention is that the listing says there is a crib and toddler toys. The crib is actually a pack and play, which made a difference for us based on our kiddos ages and how they all sleep, and there were no toddler toys. We had several toddlers and didn't bring any toys with us based on the listing so that was a bit disappointing. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we'd definitely recommend.

We had a great time staying at this house. Enough bedding, towels, beds, and bathrooms for everyone. Pool close by and kitchen stocked with everything we’d need to cook. It was clean when we checked in and easy to check out. The only complaint is there was no garage door opener. We had to open it from the inside of the garage. Then they contacted us after we left for it and we told them we didn’t have it all along.

They blamed us for a broken bunk bed. We DID NOT break the bed. They said they would call to talk about how we can handle this and never did. They charged our card without calling us. How do we even know the photo was taken of our rental? Beware!

As with most rental properties, this one has some wear. The carpet on the stairs could use a good cleaning, there was a broken handle on an upstairs dresser, and the hand soap dispenser did not work in the downstairs restroom. One of the dining room chairs is broken. Otherwise, it is a good property in a nice area.

The house was Excellent. Plenty of room for our 3 families, it was a quick trip for a Dance competition in St George. But the rest of us were able to hang out at the pools during the competition. If you've stayed in Coral Ridge before, they have 2 pools the upper used to have a rock feature and waterfall. For some reason that has been removed, it was a slight disappointment to the kids. But they still loved going to the pools. Plenty of TVs in the house, Xbox, and other games provided. Would definitely stay in this house again!

We appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the property manager. We stayed over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time swimming in the heated pool. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook. Beautiful home! We would stay there again.

When we needed something that we could not find, management quickly responded and helped us make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean. What a wonderful experienced we had staying at this property. The house was fully stocked. More than what we expected. This was our first time traveling with a big family of 16 and we were impressed with our stay there. We will definitely book this house again when we come back.
