Located in Daytona Beach, this charming condo for $185 per night is a great option for your next vacation. We personally manage this Non-smoking home. We work hard to make this a great vacation for you! This is not a side view unit, like many others. Don't be fooled! You will not find anything like this in Ormond Beach. This is as direct ocean front as you can get!! Our luxury 3-bed / 2 bath DIRECT OCEAN-FRONT is a very rare find. It has direct access to the beach and pool right from the balcony. No need to haul all your beach gear down long halls and the elevator. You will also enjoy the ground floor living, without worry of someone below you. You can park, walk through the air-conditioned lobby, and the condo is right there. It is extremely convenient. The in-unit washer and dryer are another great convenience. The condo is very walk-able to public establishments. No need to drive anywhere if you do not want to. Publix is only 1/2 a mile away. Located DIRECTLY on Ormond-By-The-Sea beach, is the Ormondy Condominium. The Ormondy has just completed an extensive Million Dollar renovation that offers new Elevators, with secure entry. There is SECURE, underground, private, assigned parking with a remote door opener. Plenty of additional parking is available on the deck above. The Ormondy is a very well-maintained building that offers the following: • Year-round heated pool. • Community gas grill that is just steps from your balcony. • Very convenient bathrooms at the pool and beach. • A large, fenced in yard directly in front of the balcony. Lots of room for kids to play right in front of your balcony. • 3,000+ sf penthouse clubroom available for your use when not booked for events. • Outdoor shuffleboard. • Controlled access building, property, and parking. • Furnished air-conditioned lobby. • On site management and maintenance during the weekdays means the building, bathrooms and grounds are always clean and pristine. • Car wash area to wash your car. • Immediately adjacent to the condo is Tom Renick Town Park, which offers a well-maintained playground for the kids and a seasonal lifeguard on duty. A perfect ocean getaway after the headache of Univrrsal Orlando. Wish we would have come to the ocean sooner and stayed longer.

The venue was stellar, but the host, Eric Morrisette was a true godsend! After a pretty rough year, we wanted to gift my daughter and her (rather large) family with a vacation.
But of course, a 900 mile road trip with 6 kids ranging in age from 14-infant is an adventure in itself.
The host was so much more than patient and gracious, accommodating circumstances and allowing contingency plans. They had the best time! A true respite for the parents and a safe and comfortable place of recreation for all the kids. It would have been way different without this wonderful host. Next time, I’m looking for the host rather than a venue. He made it great!

The space is beautiful and we loved the ocean front view and convenience. The artwork is beautiful and the condo is very clean. It's very quiet. The fridge went out while we were there and Eric immediately had someone come out and worked on the problem. He was very responsive.we can't wait to stay again.

I booked a 2-night stay on a weekend to celebrate a few birthdays. Everything was perfect. The instructions we received were very detailed. The location was incredible. The ocean views were just what we were after. We were able to walk from the balcony down to the beach. The condo was clean. The furniture and decor were very inviting. It was completely stocked with dishes, cookware, and towels. I would absolutely (and definitely will) stay here again.

It little family of five had an amazing time at this beachfront condo. It was extremely clean and literally steps to the beach. The owners have thought of everything you might need including beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen items, a pack n play and puzzles and games. The space and layout was a perfect fit for our group and we could have had a few more join us. The owners were super quick to respond to the very few questions we had. We can’t wait to return!

This was an absolutely fabulous place to stay! Very clean, well appointed, and equiped with everything we needed for an anniversary trip for my parents. My parents being older, having the direct access to the pool and beach thru the gate, made it easy for them. The balcony is large with great views from both directions. Eric is a fantastic host and very responsive. He let us know a couple of minor issues before we arrived which weren't anything to worry about. He even brought us the opener for the underground parking when the one was accidentally taken by previous guests. We would stay here again & Highly Recommend it!!

We enjoyed staying here and plan to return. The beachfront access and view can’t be beat. We fixed several meals and found the unit to be well-equipped. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed televisions in two of the bedrooms. First floor location and parking were very convenient. Communication with the host was fast and easy. Great location near Daytona Beach but away from the crowds.

Parking was easy, the property was clean and quiet and secure, we fit right in. Our neighbors on the opposite beachfront balcony were very nice and friendly. The place had everything we needed for our stay and more…just go about 1/2 mile to the Publix and get all the food you need. My daughter loved it, she could get up throw her bathing suit on and a hop, skip, jump and wave of a key fob and she was making a sand castle! There’s much more that’s included here such as beach accessories, outdoor heated pool and garage parking, if you choose…anyhow if you’re reading this and you don’t book…it’s on you! Your wife and children will be happy…and that’s all that matters 😁

I am over-the-moon happy with our stay at Eric's oceanfront condo! It is tastefully decorated, well-appointed, and CLEAN. Everything we'd hoped for...and more. Super nice property. Beach access is so easy, convenient. It is equipped with everything you would need. Cable TV (lots of channels not just basic ones), WIFI, board games, large kitchen, washer/dryer, a very nice balcony.
Eric was also great at communicating. Super friendly but professional. We would not hesitate to book again.

Our stay was nothing but positive from beginning to end! Eric communicated with us upon arrival and was available for any questions and check out. This condo is perfectly located facing the ocean and is creatively and tastefully decorated as well as extremely clean. The sunrise was breath-taking and the sunset from the 11th floor was just as beautiful. The only complaint we had was that our stay was too short!

Easy access to the heated pool and beach. Property manager was very friendly, replied in a timely fashion, and made sure everything was going well. It was like we had our very own private beach. Watched 2 rocket launches from the commons are on the 11th floor. We would go there again!

This ground floor location of this condo is very convenient. It is clean and well stocked for any occasion that may come up during your stay. The condo is in a nice location on the strip with Publix and many restaurants nearby. Eric was available anytime if needed. Overall it was a great stay.

If you are looking for a condo directly on the beach for you and your family, look no further. This was an excellent stay, just steps from the pool and beach. Eric was great to work with and made the whole process seamless. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The unit was clean and well equipped, just as advertised. My family had a great time! We are planning on a return visit.

Excellent property on the beach
My family of four could not have asked for more in a beachside condo. Great open floor plan with a wonderful kitchen. We had some local family over for dinner one evening and had plenty of space for nine people to hang out. The bedrooms gave us plenty of room for two teenagers in the back room and a large master with direct ocean views and balcony access. This property is unique because it has a gate on the balcony that puts you right on the steps to the beach and pool. All the other units have to use the elevator to access the beach through the basement garage. Having the direct access from our balcony has spoiled us so much that we’ll never vacation any other way again. Gorgeous beach sunrises and sunsets. So much to do In the area as well…we took a day trip to Kennedy space center (amazing) and Cocoa Beach. We did not want to leave at the end of our week. Will certainly return to this property. Eric, the owner, was readily available by cell phone and super helpful.

If I had to critize anything about the property it would have to be leaving it. You can't get a better view from the balcony. Patio opens up to walkway to get to beach and pool. I couldn't recommend this property more and we can't wait to stay again.

Best place to stay!!
The Ormondy is a beautiful place to stay and this condo is top notch!! It’s one of two units that you can actually step off of your balcony and have direct access to the beach and pool! This is especially great if you have small children. As soon as we walked in, it felt extremely clean and smelled fresh! The unit is fully stocked with everything you need!! Just pack your clothes, and that is it! The beach equipment provided is well taken care of, we have stayed at places that offered beach gear and it wasn’t very good. We cooked a lot and I had every pan and utensil that I needed.
We traveled with our 3 sons, ages 13, 10 and 1 (1 month shy of 2). They all enjoyed it!the two older boys even met some friends during the week. This beach and condo is very family friendly and that really appealed to us!
Since we did a lot of cooking, it was nice to have a Publix a half mile away and a dollar general right across the street. Very convenient!
We visited the fort in at Augustine and Kennedy Space Center while there for a week and it was a good central location to both. We really hated to leave! We will definitely be back!
