Nestled in Marbella, this attractive condo for $131 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. ***** Cleaning Standards 2020***** In order to provide a safe stay for you and your family, we make sure our cleaning standards meet the current needs of travelers. For this reasons we are taking the following actions: - Provide hand soap for all bathrooms. - Clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures and products that will kill 100% of germs. - Change all our linen and towels after every stay. - Buffer days in between stays to make sure the property is aired and disinfected in between guests. This modern, south west facing, ground floor apartment is superbly furnished to the highest standards and comes fully equipped with integrated air conditioning/central heating plus free fibre optic Internet access. On the new 32" Smart TV, people can watch their favourite series on Netflix, Amazon Prime or stream movies.There is also a full range of UK TV channels (BBC, ITV & Channels 4 & 5) as well as Spanish ones. Also, some German, Scandinavian & French channels plus others. Consisting of a gated community for added security, there is a lift to this ground floor apartment from a private underground car park thus permitting easy access for those with young families or for the not so young. Fully licenced (No. VFT/MA/10727) and compliant with all the Rules and Regulations governing rental properties in the Province of Andalucia, the Medical Kit (is in the bottom drawer in the TV unit), the Fire Extinguisher (is on the wall behind the kitchen door) and the Electronic Safe (is on the floor of the main bedroom wardrobe). Being compliant, licenced and registered ensures guests can be fully assured their holidays will not be interrupted by visits from the Authorities as only non-compliant properties without an official registration number VFT/MA/XXXXX) are likely to be inspected without notice. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with magnificent exotic flowers & shrubs and 4 swimming pools (including one for children) all cascading into one another by means of an artificial river. The largest pool, which is the one nearest the apartment, has a jacuzzi and 4 fountains. Lifeguards are on duty in high season at all 4 pools which are open and cleaned on a year round basis. The apartment is within walking distance of local bars & restaurants & is beside the Port of Cabopino where one can dine overlooking the marina & luxury boats. Cabopino has 1,200m of beach with a variety of water sports, relaxed atmosphere, beautiful harbour, top class bars and restaurants serving Spanish, European, Italian, Indian and Chinese food to suit all tastes. A key feature of Cabopino is that, in the Plaza, parents can sit and relax outside the restaurants and bars while keeping a watchful eye on their children playing in the Plaza. Marbella, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola are only a short drive away. With their major shopping malls, they provide retail therapy for those seeking a break from either sunbathing or golf. So, whether one wants to stroll around the traditional cobbled streets of Marbella Old Town including Orange Square, visit the sophisticated, chic & bustling marina of Puerto Banus, relax on golden beaches close by or play a round of golf on the many award winning golf courses, this location is ideal. Just some of the facilities nearby are a waterpark, zoo and crocodile park in Fuengirola. There is a breathtaking cable car ride in Benalmadena (one passes under it coming from the airport). Amazon Adventura with tree top adventures and 20+ zip lines is in Elveria. There is also a wildlife park (Selwo) in the direction of Estepona. We had a wonderful time! The apartment is perfectly located for all the best the Costa del Sol has to offer, and is a stones throw from a great pool. The apartment was well equipped for all you might need, including sun loungers and an umbrella for pool days! Cabopino Port and beach is just a short drive away, with lots to offer children and adults alike. The host is extremely communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here :-).

The owner Frank was lovely during our initial communication. His manager met us there the day we arrived in a huge rush to leave. The place was very dirty and honestly falling apart. The table falls apart when you try to have dinner. None of the knives work, the drawers are falling apart, the bathroom unit is missing legs. The place could be quite charming with a little love and care. But they do a minimal amount to maintain it. The lights keep turning off, it's full of small roaches. Honestly, if you have a choice I would stay somewhere else. I would have changed if I could, but I was there for 7 weeks. I spent the first day going to the store to buy cleaning products to scrub the place. It also had a funky smell, so I had to buy stuff to make it smell nicer. Again, the owner seemed lovely and made an effort to send us places to eat, but the stay was not pleasant for us. Kind of a dump.

The condo was all we needed. Cabopino is great. The building is in good shape and they have a nice pool. I recommend the condo to anyone. Frank was so magnanimous. He supplied the kitchen with food so we had something to eat and drink upon our arrival. What a thoughtful gesture.
Check in and out was flawless. We arrived late and car rental made it even later. However, all went smoothly. Very nice location and easy access.

Cabopino beaches are a 5 min drive or 20 minute walk away ( Up hill on the way back) The apartment is spacious and has all the facilities you need, some signs of wear and tear beach towels are quite faded and oven handle gets really hot, sunbeds not ideal as one was broken at the top and worn fabric, under the bed and sofas could do with a better clean as quite dusty but nothing a bit of tlc would sort, getting keys was really easy met Angela nearby who showed us around the apartment, would stay here again as apartment was ideal for family size with pull out double bed and very peaceful at night.

Lovely apartment, more than adequate for 3 adults. There was a welcome pack on arrival which was a really nice touch and very much appreciated.
The complex was great, with the main big pool right outside the apartment main doors but we preferred the smaller pool at the top as it was quieter.
Location was great. About a 5 min walk to the local supermarket at the bottom of the hill. You might need a car if you struggle with mobility issues but otherwise you can get out and about on the M220 bus. We downloaded the Moovit app which had updated bus times.
It was a 20 minute walk to the beach and Cabopino marina.

Great apartment and perfect for our stay. Close to Cabopino and on a bus route. We had a hire car so were able to get out and about and explore local places. Weather was disappointing but we made most of the sunny days. Too early in season for pools to be open but they looked good.

The apartment was clean and well equipped, we got cheese, eggs and wine as a welcome courtesy. Very nice! The place is easy to find and there are supermarkets close to the apartment.

Perfect stay
Frank and Betty were wonderful hosts. From the lovely welcome package to detailed information recommending restaurants and sites to see, we felt right at home. Property Managers, John and Angela were very quick to respond to any queries and a great help during our two month stay.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a gated complex surrounded with beautiful gardens. Online pictures reflect the unit perfectly and includes everything needed for a comfortable stay.
We did not hire a car but walked extensively or took public transit which is an 8 minute walk down the street. Yes, there is an incline up to the complex, but we used it as a challenge to walk it daily as we explored the area, nearby beaches, grocery shop or took transit to other towns.
We would highly recommend staying at Frank and Betty’s home away from home if you are visiting the area.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Even a little arrival package-ham,cheese, wine etc which was greatly appriciated! The pool areas were great and very well maintained! Great area, lovely beach and restaurants near by at Cabopino. Would recommend having a car as not too much in walking distance and lots of hills! We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Great apartment for a relaxing holiday
Lovely apartment for a couple or family ( we were a family of 3). Very well equipped and the welcome pack of food / drinks was very much appreciated.
2 supermarkets and a few restaurants near by - the Hong Kong restaurant was particularly nice and run by a great family. The walk to the beach is about 20 minutes which we found to be OK and the beach is lovely. Cabo Pino harbour is very nice with some great restaurants and a lovely bar. Alberts and Hermosa were our favourites.
No need for a car if you like walking but handy if you want to visit other parts of the region. Ronda and old town Marbella are worth a visit.

Perfect for a family holiday!
We had a lovely family holiday in this apartment. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us, the apartment was clean, we arrived to a welcome pack and swimming towels were provided. The pools were fabulous for the adults and the children, and we met lovely families around them. I would say it is a 20 minute hike to Cabopino beach which I didn't mind but my husband who has bad knees found it hard as there is a very steep hill to climb on the way back. Cabopino is fun - a great beach & a good few bars and restaurants to choose from. It was a 10min walk to catch a bus, they go every 1/2hr to Marbella. Old Marbella is very pretty and worth a visit.
I would definitely return.

We were close to 2 grocery stores and that made a difference as we did not have a car . The unit had all the amenities and very spacious . John and Angela were very helpful . Terrific place to relax .

A home away from home
We stayed at Betty's apartment for a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is well furnished and abundantly equipped in the kitchen with everything you could possibly need. A lovely welcoming touch from Betty was the basic provisions that she had supplied in the fridge upon arrival, this was extremely good for us as the day after our arrival was a public holiday so we didn't need to worry about trying to find a store open to get the essentials.
The apartment is located in La Reserva Marbella a large but quiet estate, which is very close to shops, restaurants, etc. On the estate there is a couple of small supermarkets and restaurants however it is only a short drive to larger supermarkets that have everything that you need. Within a couple of km's there are many restaurants to choose from. From this area of Marbella it is only a short drive to other areas along the coast of which we explored many and discovered the attraction of the Costa del Sol. We would definitely stay at Betty's apartment again and highly recommend it to other travellers.

Lovely well equipped and clean apartment conveniently close to the pool.
Grounds are well maintained and pool area clean. Was impressed with lifeguards on duty (July /Aug only I think). Liked the informal feel of the place, other guests were all very friendly, nice mix of nationalities. BYO sunbed arrangement meant no issues with people reserving places by the pool! Whilst no bar or shop on site, the nearest was a short stroll away and probably saved us a fortune on ice creams! Some great restaurants near by, nearest ones are 15/20 min walk. Our favourite was Simbads, a Spanish beach restaurant, fabulous Paella and seafood towards Las Chapas (20/30 min walk), lovely spot for dinner but you need to book. Plenty of places to visit in the area by car if you wish. Good value apartment, Thanks Betty!

Nice Clean well organised apartment with nice pool
Nice apartment which was clean and well organised. Apartment complex was very nice with great pool and gardens. Owners are helpful and friendly.
The only thing to observe is that it is quite a distance from the beach/resort so you may need a car. Taxis are readily available otherwise.
The apartment is up a hill for anyone with walking difficulties.

We had a wonderful two week stay here, a lovely peaceful place and a beautiful apartment. Capbino beach is a fifteen minute walk away, the marina is lovely. We really enjoyed the Village Inn which is a ten minute walk. We got the bus into Marbella a couple of times (€1.55 per person!) and had some good days out, but I think I would hire a car next time as there is so much to do and this would make it a lot easier.
There are a few restaurants on site and they are very good. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday, our teenage kids enjoyed it. Betty couldn't have been more helpful and Sergio went above and beyond to make sure we were OK was great.
