Avoid this place

Nothing really good.

- THE ROOM WAS VERY NOISY DURING THE DAY, THE NOISE ISOLATION WAS TERRIBLE, I COULD NOT PROPERLY RELAX - Terrible location. You have to spend a lot of time to get to the hotel and find it. - And the cherry on the cake was an incident on the way out. I left my suitcase with my documents at the reception and asked to wait until I had to withdraw money from my card because THE HOTEL DOES NOT ACCEPT CARDS. While I was busy looking for an ATM, my friend and I were in a bike accident. Because of this, we had to go to the hospital. And at this time, the hotel wrote me in a message in booking.com, starting to threaten me with the police because of the $44 (1 million dong), although I left my suitcase, which contains my documents as a deposit. This is the most horrible attitude, which should not be in good hotels. - Staff know english very badly, they can't understand even basic english - Cleaner only works until 2 pm and can not be called upon request, only to wait, which often left me without cleaning - The room didn't even have basic hand soap

Very quiet area but still close to the center (15-20 min walk), to the beach (5 min walk) and to the train station (15-20 min walk). Very clean room, comfortable bed and bedsheets smelled nice. The owner is very friendly, polite, speaks good English. He helped me to call a taxi. There is an elevator. Welcoming music at the lobby.

Well first I was little bit shocked by the tiny size of the room. it supposed to be “Deluxe Double Room”. But other day I just got used to it. Definitely smaller than it looks at the pictures. For everything in mini bar even drinking water you have to pay. The English of the receptionist should be improved, he is trying hard to help though.

Great place to stay for a very reasonable price

One of the best places we've stayed in Vietnam. Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Although they spoke little English we were easily able to communicate and they helped us book a bus to Da Lat and even gave us a motorbike ride to the bus stop to save us walking. Room was really spacious and clean and cleaned daily. Shower was hot. Good location too.

Exceptional

A nice comfortable hotel with a good price. -The beds are nice( not too hard, not too soft). -The staff is willing to help when you need it. -You have all the necessary amenities. -They clean the room every day. We received more than we expected and we recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice and comfortable place.

Very nice stay

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was - rooms were very nice and clean. Lovely stay

The overhead shower head did not work (but the smaller head did) as it was a short stay we did not mind, but it would have been inconvenient had we been staying longer - however it just seemed like the screw had come loose so I’m sure it’s an easy fix! otherwise we had no complaints

Very attentive staff and clean rooms

The room was kept clean and the staff were super helpful. Especially the manager was very friendly and always going out of his way to help us. This really made our stay feel very comfortable.

Location a bit out of the way but only 7min drive if you rent a motorbike so it wasn’t a problem for us. They also offer a free cyclo to the beach so it’s not really a problem.

Comfortable Stay in Lovely Room

The studio we booked was a great size with a really comfortable bed and a good sized TV. The space was always very clean and good to arrive back to after a day of exploring. The kitchenette was a nice additional space but hard to use with limited utensils given to us. The hotel offers a free cyclo to the centre of Nha Trang which suits 2 or less people. The staff were friendly, particularly the manager, Hieu, who has great English compared to other staff. There is a great Banh Mí spot closeby called Bánh mì Cóc Bà Ni which does a great sandwich and a coffee for approx. 30,000 VND.

The location is close to the food market but a bit removed from the centre. About a thirty minute walk or 5 minute drive. When the cyclo is available, the trip is quite easy but there isn't a guarantee that the cycle will be ready to go so to confirm for yourself in advance of needing it!

Don't believe the photos, they don't match. Not a bad hotel, but only for 1-2 nights, no more than

The photos did not correspond to reality. The room is very small, the view of the wall of the house was. In the photo the number is larger. The air conditioner was broken, dripping directly to the floor, there was no soap

Great hotel!

Wonderful English speaking staff. Made our stay as comfortable as possible :) They added an extra bed for our child on our arrival. Everything was great, thanks! Highly recommend this hotel

Very good

The room was very clean. I hade a very nice view. The shower was big and the bathroom really nice. The stuff was very friendly. They Invited me for lunch and the hotel manager drove me to my next hotel.

The glass pane could have been a little bit cleaner. Otherwise everything was wonderful.
