la cama fue lo unico agradable y la habitacion limpia
la puerta de la habitacion no cerraba bien, no habia tv cuando decian que contaban con ello. no habia agua caliente, y la cuenta de wifi que me dieron no aparecia en el cuarto para conectarme, ademas de que uno mandaba mensaje y no lo contestaron

Wifi was very good and fast.
I had problem switching the light on, and got help from the staff no problem.
Other than this few things all was good.
I was in the private room and there was no kitchenette nor fridge as it was shown on the photos prior to booking. There was a microwave, but no cups, plates, kutlery. Not even a kettle. When I ask for it I was told, due to covid shared kitchen is not available and I have kitchenette in the room (but microwave is not a kitchenette...).
In 4 days I stayed there not once my room was cleaned, towels changed (they had dirty marks) or bedsheets. The same goes for the trash bins. I had to ask for extra toilet paper.
Pillows were made out of cutted foam, very uncomfortable to use, and bed was a bit short.
For me (170cm) was ideal when my head was touching the wall. Not too comfortable.
Last but not least, I didn't actually stay in La casa del Expositor but in the building in front of it, which I suppose is the same owners.
