Nestled in Yallingup, this attractive house for $397 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Brand New to the Holiday Home Market! You will find coming into Yallingup Bay VERY special; when you drive down the hill and come around the corner and first see the swell roll in and break on the outer reefs at Yallingup Beach, all your troubles literally melt away. You will pinch yourselves at how close you are to the ocean...only 150ish steps from door to beach. Nothing beats taking a morning walk on the beach & having a dip with the locals in the Lagoon or Granny’s Pool or taking a cuppa or a beer down to watch the sunset. The house has 4 bedrooms - Two bedrooms can be set as either a king or 2 single beds...please advise your group's needs. (Options 1/. 3 kings & 1 queen bed OR Option 2/. 2 Kings, 1 queen & 2 singles OR Option 3/. 1 King, 1 Queen & 4 singles) We have a bathroom with toilet downstairs - includes bath and shower & toilet (toilet in separate room within bathroom with door). Upstairs also has a second toilet...so one on each floor. The shower in the garden is also hot and cold water with a privacy screen...wash of the salty day or for use as the second showering option. Two favourite spots in the house are sitting on the balcony protected from the wind just chilling and reading the papers or a book and sitting out having dinner on the back deck; it’s such a relaxed and comfortable (but not too precious) environment. The beauty of Malalooka II is that it’s quiet and serene; even though it’s close to the beach and the beach road passes our driveway, you don’t hear any noise and traffic as we are set well back from the road and, parking isn’t an issue as you walk everywhere. The kids & surfers will have endless fun…with Main Break, Rabbits and Shallows all walking distance for surfers and for those who don’t surf, you will just love hanging at the lagoon and having a snorkel or soaking up the positive vibe at Granny’s Pool. You are so close to the ocean that you hear the crash of the waves from your beds - what a great way to go to sleep. It’s a relaxed old school beach house, where you can easily escape the throng of the masses or get in amongst the action if you choose. Dog friendly with a non refundable payment for furbaby to stay. $100 per dog (max 2) This will be adjusted on booking. NOTE: there is a one bedroom cottage in the front that can be booked additionally, this is fully self contained with kitchen and bathroom, living and loft bedroom that can sleep a max of 4 in queen and 2 singles in the same room. Malalooka needs to be booked separately. We love it and we know you will too!!

Gorgeous house and amenities. So peaceful! And was perfect for a 4 person girls weekend away. Property Manager was super helpful. We stayed in spring and there was very little places open for food at night so recommend taking an eski. The fridge is very large, as is the beautiful big bath and deck. The kitchen has everything you'd ever need to cook on and there are fresh herbs in the garden. My dog loved it here too. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

We had the perfect family holiday in this Yallingup beach house. We could stroll to the beach, walk to Caves House via the 'ghost trail' and just kick back in the amazing spaces the house provided. Janine was wonderful to deal with. We'd love to come back.

The property was nice and clean, easy to find and a great home base for our holiday with plenty of parking, the photos don’t really do it justice. We enjoyed our stay and the accommodation was great for our needs, including a 7mo baby with a high chair and cot. The property manager was friendly and really easy to communicate with. We did bring our dog, the fence and yard was ideal for a smaller dog but would be a concern for bigger dogs that could jump. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely escape here July school holidays house is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need. Janine was lovely and very accomodating, going above and beyond, adding all the little extras that didn’t go unnoticed . Highly recommend

We went down for a family weekend away with the intention of doing nothing but chilling out. The snap 3 day lock down meant thats exactly what happened. We loved this house, the location and everything it had to offer! We would definitely stay again 😊 thanks for having us!

A group of friends and I stayed at this property over the long weekend and Janine was so lovely the whole time leading up to the stay and during - giving us recommendations on where to go! The house was homely and had all the amenities we needed and more (board games, Netflix, books). The location is perfect and the cafe down the road has delicious coffee.

We had a brilliant stay at Malalooka II. The house is fantastic with all the amenities required to cater for the entire family and to make it a very easy and relaxing stay. Having the dogs with us made a real family holiday and the location is second to none. The check in process and communication with the Property Manager was also brilliant. Very professional.

8 of us had a wonderful weekend staying in this lovely home. So close to the beach, and yet tucked away from the wind. Beautifully appointed with a casual holiday feel, and with a great kitchen to cook in- fresh herbs in the garden! And so nice to be able to take the dogs with us. Highly recommend
