Nestled in Yallingup, this attractive house for $173 per night is a great choice for your next break. Cairnamohr ..... or 'care no more' ... has everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled holiday in Western Australia's beautiful South West. Situated on 6 acres of natural bushland at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac it is the perfect getaway. Ideal for an extended family gathering, two families with children, or groups of couples. With four generous bedrooms, verandahs all around, two living areas, a large games room and the bush itself you'll have plenty of space to enjoy yourselves. Sit under the outdoor patio and watch for kangaroos and birds. Enjoy the tranquility and seclusion and simply slow down. The property is located a short drive from Smiths Beach, Yallingup Beach and Dunsborough, and close to galleries, cafes and wineries. All the attractions of the Margaret River region are right at your doorstep. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is plenty big enough for 8 people, with a separate lounge adjacent. TV, DVD player and stereo, plus a selection of books and board games. A huge shed houses table tennis, darts and table soccer. The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven and microwave. BBQ provided outside. Reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area and a wood-stove to make things cosy in winter. Bedrooms have ceiling fans. BEDROOM CONFIGURATION Master Bedroom: Queen bed PLUS Single with ensuite bathroom Bed 2: Queen bed Bed 3: Queen bed Bed 4: Queen bed Sofa bed in the separate lounge Portacot and high-chair provided Pillows, doonas, extra blankets, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels provided. LINEN is optional at $50 per bed - sheets, pillow slips and towels. Please indicate linen preference when you enquire. SORRY NO LEAVERS... NO PARTIES. Pets welcome. Please be advised that Cairnamohr is unfenced to permit freedom of movement to wildlife but we do have a small 6m x 4m outdoor fenced enclosure. Pets not permitted in bedrooms nor on furniture. Minimum stay is 2 nights, 3 nights for long weekends and 4 nights for Easter and school holidays. Min 5 night stay over Christmas/New Year period and January school holidays. Standard Cleaning Fee of $120 is included in the quoted price. This fee may vary depending on numbers, time of year, and length of stay. Booking deposit of 25 percent of booking amount is required at the time of booking. Balance required 30 days prior to arrival date.

2 families, 4 adults and 5 children stayed for 8 days, the property is well suited to this size with plenty of space, kitchen is well equipped, we cooked dinners most nights. The property is very central to a lot of great activities yet far enough out of town to enjoy 'the serenity'

I have just returned from a week away at this property. It is in the most delightful setting - very tranquil and away from it all so I was able to unwind with some books and trips to the beach with a large group of other family members ranging from 16 to 58 years old. This place is super dog friendly. I was worried our well behaved Labrador may have been a bit excitable and run off into the bush, but it never happened and any kangaroos are super fast so he had no opportunity to chase them. The best things about this property - the space - plenty of room and we made use of the games shed (we could do with a few more darts - I think we only found one). We played lots of table tennis and organised our own tournament. The under cover area is fantastic and we spent most of the time outside. We had exceptional weather. Can I think of any negatives? Not really. If I had to suggest a couple - I'd go for a coffee machine and a dishwasher, but they are luxuries. If you don't enjoy books, be warned TV reception is lousy and DVD collection is very limited so you might want to bring some DVD's. We played heaps of board games and there were many games supplied within the house. An exceptional home, fantastic location and definitely a memorable time was had by all.

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding close by and the property was perfect. We have 7 adults and two toddlers and there was more than enough room and space inside and out.

I have stayed in a lot of rental houses and none were as clean or as easy to navigate than this house. It is very well equipped with everything you need and everything you thought you didn't need. Our two families were very comfortable in the house and it is convenient to so many amazing attractions (caves, art galleries and wineries). I can not thank Jill enough for welcoming us into what certainly felt like home. We will be back again.

3 generations stayed together. Large house, comfy beds and lounges, kids loved the cubby and exploring and the games room was a hit with the adults. Great location for visiting the SW area. Would highly recommend and have done to family and friends

Really enjoyed our Family catch-up in this Beautiful and tranquil location. We where so close to all the Wineries and Breweries but at the end of each day enjoyed sitting around the fire pit sampling some of the merchandise we had picked up during the day.

A lovely property in a very quiet and peaceful location, but also in very close proximity to so many places of interest. The House itself was perfect with everything we needed. My 2 sisters, my niece and myself all very grateful to have our own rooms with very comfortable queen size beds. Being winter we enjoyed the warmth from the inside wood fire and also a lovely evening sitting around the fire-pit outside. Some confusion over bedding - the list of amenities included all sheets. However, when booking it stated either byo sheets/pillow slips or pay $40 'per bed' to be made up. Never had to do this at other Stayz properties. However, a very enjoyable 5 days in such a beautiful part of W.A.

We had a wonderful stay with our baby & dogs. Great location and house with multiple lounge rooms. The shed was awesome with darts and ping pong and a bit away from the house so you don’t disturb sleeping kids. Loved watching the bird life under the wicked patio. Would book again!

We had a lovely stay. The house was perfect for two families and in a great location. Kids loved the ping pong table and also loved seeing the Kangaroos that come visiting.

Accurate description but even more spacious than we had expected. Bush block so a lot of privacy. No feeling of having to keep quiet. Very generous cooking facilities and you get the feeling of kindness in the home. Felt very comfortable with lots of games for the kids and perfect for our little spoodle. Best part was having two “wings” to the house so that you felt you weren’t on top of each other. Would certainly recommend even though house is a short drive to the beach. Lots of kangaroos around that part of Yallingup so good to show to overseas visitors if you have them. Thank you for letting us use your home.

We visited (3 adults, 4 children) for a weekend and loved it. Yallingup chocolate shop not far away and Dunsborough about 15min drive. Clean property, well provisioned, comfy beds with lots of additional blankets, which were required even in November! Kids loved cubby and games shed, playing ping pong for ages. Will book again.

Comfortable stay with the family, luckily there was a games shed available for the guys to hang out in as the weather was terrible. Wifi would have been beneficial if it was available and the TV reception was also impacted at times. Some well needed maintenance on the bathroom fixtures and especially exhaust fans is needed. Overall it was a comfortable stay with a large selection of games/books & being pet friendly was an added bonus for us
