The communal area was nice, and the bathrooms especially the showers, were hot with good pressure.
The kitchen equipment, pots n pans etc was sparse and mismatched lacking many basic utensils, such as a peeler and potato masher. All the kitchen knives were blunt and the crockery was basic. It felt like the apartment had been neglected a little - maybe needs an overhaul to bring it up to spec for the prices charged. We were looking forward to using the sauna, but at $50 per person per hour on top of the room rate, this was extortionate and we gave it a miss. Also - there is a lack of privacy - the front door has clear glass windows and our neighbours when walking past could see straight in. Needs a curtain or frosted glass.

Location and staff
The furniture was old and stained, the cooking pots were all scratched and the coatings severely damaged. The handles on one pan were badly damaged and was unsafe.
