About this house rental
Panoramic sea views over the vines and fruit trees from all rooms. A place for peacefull rest, high in the trees overlooking Geographe Bay. Three large bedrooms, all with fantastic sea views and two bathrooms. Enjoy sundowners and barbeque on the deck, playing Boulle on the large, level lawn or sit in front of a log fire in the lounge. Close to the beaches, wineries and galleries. 6 Kms from Dunsborough, Yallingup and Smiths Beach. A home from home, on 3.5 acres with everything provided. Cleaning charge $135, Line fee $20 per person. No smokers. Excellent mobile phone coverage (Telstra).
There is an independent flatlet with bathroom, lounge and kitchenette for 2 people that can be rented separately - contact owner if required. This will be occupied by a single guest from May to December 2022.

Perfect in every way. Lovely home, well equipped with absolutely everything you could wish for. Tranquil bush setting with beautiful view of the ocean. Watching the sunrise from the veranda was a real treat. Ideal position for the best beaches and wineries and much more. And a super host.

We had an amazing 6 nights in Brian’s house. It was easy to check in, the house has everything you need with a particularly well stocked kitchen in case you need to cook up a storm. it was quite warm the week we stayed but there is aircon in all rooms so we stayed lovely and cool. Breathtaking views of the ocean and I enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. Great outdoor entertaining area. Just the whole experience was wonderful and the location was in the bush away from the hustle and bustle but only a few minutes to the centre of Dunsborough. Brian also was a pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend Brian’s house for a great holiday stay. Thanks Brian I scored big points from the family for being the one to pick your place:-)
