The Space:

Step through a private gate into a resort-style retreat that captures the essence of a Balinese escape. The main living area is warm and inviting, centred around a stone fireplace with bold red leather lounges, a TV, and views of the surrounding gardens—a peaceful space to unwind. Nearby, the second living area offers a more casual setting with a modular sofa, TV, vibrant artwork, and direct access to the courtyard—ideal for movie nights, games, or a quiet read.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, and central island for casual dining. Share meals at the large timber table overlooking the pool and native bushland. Outside, the Bali inspiration comes alive—recline on a sunbed beside the sparkling pool, sip wine in the shaded cabana, or dine alfresco at the ten-seater table under open skies. With lush planting and multiple outdoor zones, the space is designed for effortless relaxation and connection.



Kokomo offers spacious accommodations spread across the main house and two studio pods, giving your group both privacy and comfort. In the main house, the primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite. A second bedroom also offers a king bed, while a cosy third bedroom is fitted with a plush queen bed. The studio suite is a true haven with a king bed, ethanol fireplace, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double stone basins, and a private lounge with sleek white leather seating and a TV. A second studio bedroom provides a serene setting with a cosy double bed. The main bathroom also offers spa-like vibes with a deep soaking bath for added indulgence. A full laundry setup adds everyday ease.



Enjoy year-round comfort with reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living and two pod areas. Free onsite parking is available for multiple vehicles.



We provide bath towels only. Please bring your own pool towels.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Tucked away in the peaceful bushland of Quedjinup, this retreat offers a perfect balance of seclusion and convenience, just six minutes from Dunsborough town centre. There, Food lovers can enjoy fresh seafood at Blue Manna Bistro or modern Australian fare at Yarri. Spend sunny days at Meelup Regional Park or Yallingup Beach, both within a ten-minute drive, or tee off at Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club just six minutes from home. Wine enthusiasts are spoiled for choice with premium estates like Cape Naturaliste Vineyard, Happs Wines & Commonage Pottery, and Deep Woods Estate, all within eight minutes from home.

Parking: Free onsite parking is available for multiple vehicles.



Airport: 31 minutes by car from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public Transport: Please note that there are no public transport options nearby.
