This was our second stay at Odianya. It is a gorgeous venue. On our first stay in June 2025 we were very impressed with how attentive the staff were and how fresh the food was, we loved the fresh coconuts. The property itself is still very lovely in a beautiful quiet area. The hot Spring and pool is lovely.
When they were available, Madee and Govinda were very helpful.
On this stay we found the quality of the food and the options of what was available, along with the presentation, very average. The fresh juices seemed to be watered down a lot and no fresh coconuts available. They were available in the area, but not at the property, despite being on the menu (this was the case with a lot of the menu). The staff are friendly, but we found on some days the staff on hand found it very difficult to communicate with us (we are English speaking), and even trying to use a translator APP we often failed to be understood. We also found that the rooms were not as clean as on our first stay.
I had a massage at the property, which was great however the construction going on at the new Villa really took away from the pleasure of the experience. It was difficult to relax with electric tools going right beside me for the duration of the Massage.
If this had been our very first time at Odianya, I would have thought it was very wonderful, because it is a gorgeous property, however a lot of things have really slipped from our first stay in June 2025 and because we had that to compare it to we were left a little bit disappointed at this visit.

Very nice accomodation surrounded by a beautiful garden, pool area, winyard and banana trees. Just an amazing place to relax.
Without transport access is not easy.

The location and facilities were good. The place is beautiful and has so much potential.. if only privacy and quiet was honoured. I wish it would be, so that I can go back.
The first night between around 10:30pm and 11:30pm the staff & friends started playing pool on the pool table, which is right behind the room I was trying to sleep in. I waited and hoped and it did not stop, so I had to get out of bed and leave the room to go ask them to stop.
I got a massage, and right behind where they do it, there was extremely loud construction happening on the property - I had to stop and go get my earphones to just help it be manageable.
Also, in the afternoon when I was doing yoga, a lady that was part of the team doing construction on the property.. walked by and stopped to stand and look at me right behind the plant next to me.. I had to stop and ask her "are you looking at me?" And she laughed and said yes, so when I asked her not to, she got upset with me and walked away.
One thing that accommodations need to understand when they want to do this business is that guests pay, to relax, feel comfortable, and unwind in privacy and quiet.
