I enjoyed how close it was to the beach. You're just a couple minute walk away, you don't have to worry about driving to the beach and finding parking. You're just right there.
My only complaint which really wasn't even a big deal was that all the remotes had dead batteries. Also they only had two laundry pods left so we were only able to wash two loads of the bedding and towels but that's not something that would be an issue every time.

It had easy beach access. The walk to the boardwalk and beach wasn't long. Also had access to shopping to get anything we needed. Generally quiet, the neighbors didn't make a lot of noise late at night.
Not really anything bad. We didn't have any issues with the rooms or kitchen or laundry. Wifi access was adequate. Had a good time and nothing to complain about

The location was perfect
The A/C did not work, the repairman came about four hours after he was supposed to and it still did not get fixed. The owner solution was to offer a refund and told us find somewhere else to stay….after we had driven over six hundred miles, all day and had groceries delivered to the location.
