I liked the ambience, room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was really good
Though I booked for 3, the bed was enough for only 2, requested for atleast two bedsheets but only one was provided with reluctance by the night duty reception staff. It made the sleep disturbed and horrible.
The check out time waa requested to be extended up to 2 pm in the morning itself. We had checked in late due to traffic block at Guruvayoor. The night duty staff agreed and said will pass on the mesage to next duty. But when we arrived at the desk around 1.30 pm, I was asked to pay extra amount which was not intimated before. We had to fight and refuse the payment which was not converted

Location of room, staff were good. Drop cab provided for free by property upto temple. breakfast was simple but good. professional people.

bit far from the Guruvayur temple, even the hotel provided free transport

Breakfast was OK with very limited quantity of food
Only one bottle of water alloted for a guest, atleast should provide 2 bottles of water to a room with double bed.
