Villa Anni is located in a quiet but central location in the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren. The new building was built in 2016 with 8 residential units, but thanks to its architecture it fits stylishly into the classic spa architecture of the Baltic Sea resort. The non-smoking apartment No. 08 is located on the 2nd floor and is 55m² in size. In about 7 minutes you can reach the north beach with the amber promenade and the Kurplatz, as well as the train station with the small train (Rasender Roland). If you like it a bit quieter, you can walk to the natural south beach in about 15 minutes. The center of the health resort with many shops such. B. 2 supermarkets, various boutiques, tourist information, bike rental and various dining options are in the immediate vicinity of Villa Anni.

Apartment No. 08 in Villa Anni is a modern and stylish non-smoking apartment on the 2nd floor. With its approx. 54sqm it offers enough space for max. 4 people. The combined living / cooking and dining area with a modern integrated kitchen unit leaves nothing to be desired with an induction field, an oven with microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, an egg cooker and various kitchen utensils. A round dining table with 4 chairs adjoins the kitchenette. The transitional living area has a cozy couch with a coffee table, an armchair, a floor lamp with a flexible reading light, a Smart TV with a connection for game consoles and USB port and a Blu-Ray player. A WLAN connection completes this area for you, which is included. A small selection of board games and holiday reading is also available. A small step from the living area takes you to the balcony with chairs. The first bedroom has a double bed (1.80mx 2.00m), bedside tables, a smart TV, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a wall mirror and a valet. The second bedroom has a double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m, degree of hardness 3) with integrated bedside lamps, adjustable slatted frames, a bedside table, a smart TV, a chest of drawers and a valet. All rooms were equipped with pleated blinds and curtains. The interior bathroom has a walk-in and spacious shower, a vanity unit with a vanity unit, a toilet, a wall mirror and a towel radiator.
