This studio condo is affordable luxury with views of the mountain cliffs and golf course. There are 2 queen beds and a large flat screen TV (wall mounted). The kitchen features granite counters and has an oven/range, small side by side stainless steel fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee pot. It's just a short walk to the new pools, hot tub, fitness center and playground. ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy that applies to the specific booking platform where they made their reservation (ex: AirBNB, VRBO, etc). When booking direct with VRC, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made within 14 days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least 30 nights, the cancellation policy above increases to 60 days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
