Located in Canmore, this charming condo for $384 per night is a great choice for your next break. Spectacular view of the Canadian Rockies! Huge Balcony with Double Garden Doors. This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms will be sure to make your time in the mountains even more dreamy. Our condo is 1150 sf, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. This quiet location is close to the amenities that Canmore has to offer, and has the most amazing south-facing mountain views!! Step outside to walking trails, visit the quaint downtown area, or check out all of the amazing restaurants. Modern, rustic decor with fresh, stylish updates throughout. Beautiful cork floors are warm and quiet. Our condo has central A/C for your comfort during those occasional warm days while visiting the Rocky Mountains. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and a huge walk-in closet. The Bedroom is quiet and spacious. The Master features vaulted ceilings, a TV, a writing nook and desk area, and a cozy electric fireplace. There are blinds and black-out drapery. The Ensuite Bath features cork tile floors, and a full tub/shower surround with a multi-jet shower and a regular/handheld shower head, along with a rainhead above. The 2nd Bedroom features a Queen size bed. This room also has blinds and black-out drapery. There is a huge walk-in closet. There is access from bedroom to Main Bathroom, so can act as a 2nd Ensuite if req. There’s a cozy corner with a big, comfy chair for reading, or just snuggle in to sleep just a little bit longer!! The Living Room features a leather Queen size Sofabed. There is a large screen TV over another beautiful electrical fireplace. Double Garden Doors give you access to the south-facing balcony. The balcony features an electric grill. The views of the mountains are stunning. The balcony overlooks a quiet courtyard that is beautifully landscaped. After a busy day on the slopes or hiking, hit the heated indoor pool, sauna, or hot tub located on the main floor of the complex. Complex amenities also include the One Wellness Physiotherapy Fitness Centre, Indoor Pool and Hot tub, as well as a kid's activity room. Theatre is currently not open. A fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for your home-away-from-home. Beautiful granite counters and upgraded stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler. Unit features In-Suite Laundry for your convenience. We have a storage locker available should you need for ski/sports equipment storage during your stay. Please inquire as to availability. Our condo is a great place to base out of while exploring Canmore and the gorgeous surroundings of Banff National Park. This property was perfect for our trip to Canmore to celebrate a birthday, do some skiing and winter hike the area taking in the sights. This condo is in a great location in town, is well provisioned, clean and the views of the mountains incredible. It was very comfy for our two adult children and my husband and I. I’d definitely stay here again when in Canmore!

The spot was great - beautiful views, cozy, well equipped kitchen for cooking, multiple fireplaces and comfy beds. Nice and clean too! We had our 7 month old baby with us and the place was safe for a crawling little one. The pool is a bit of a trek to get to as it’s in another building. The nearby one wellness spa has a day pass so you can pop in and enjoy the steam rooms.

The two bedroom unit was perfect for our stay in Canmore. Located near the center of town, walking distance on nice days. We took advantage of two tours one a walking tour of the town and the mine side, the other a full day to Banff, Lake Louise and surrounding lakes. It was nice to relax back at the unit after a busy day.

Three seniors on a mini family reunion had a wonderful couple of days at this lovely property. It is clean, inviting, and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms exceptional, and the view from the balcony amazing. Check in was seamless and parking convenient. In fact, we parked the car and didn’t use it for the whole stay. It is an easy, beautiful walk to downtown, the river, and numerous bars and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your mountain home with us!

The building overall is showing a little bit of age (some new carpet could be installed in some hallways, and paint touchups/new light bulbs here and there), but all in all unit was fantastic and stay was great for a small family with two kids.

We had a great time staying here and wouldn't hesitate to come back! The condo was super clean and roomy for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the easy parking and access to the pool and hot tub. I'd recommend staying in Canmore (vs Banff) because it's only 20 minutes away from Banff and you get more space and fewer crowds for less cost.

The condo was perfect. Great location for visiting Banff, national park and the surrounding parks. We headed up to Hinton and I regret not staying in Canmore longer will definitely come back. We had the best Indian food ever. It’s called Mumbai local downtown. If you like Indian, you must go there.

This Condo was in a great location. It was clean, nicely furnished with all the kitchen items you need and a terrific view from the balcony. Stanton and Stacey provided a great amount of information on restaurants, art galleries, places of interest on the welcome email. The secure parking in then parkade was nice. We would recommend this condo to anyone.

It appears the building is being updated, because the lobby where the pool is, is undergoing some painting and decorating. The hosts are very easy to get in touch with and provide detailed instructions for check in and out. It is about 25 min drive outside Banff and the town is small but quaint. Most restaurants have funky hours, so plan accordingly and do your research. The unit looks pretty much like the pictures but some things are gently used. The hosts replaced the washer and dryer and they are brand new. They work great! The dishwasher is also new. The refrigerator and freezer is standard size and hold a lot. There is also a wine/beverage refrigerator. They have standard kitchen appliances. The have a variety of kitchen utensils, plates and cups. The bathrooms are spacious and the master bath has a nice shower/tub. The beds were very comfortable but the sheets in the second bedroom were a little scratchy feeling. There are pool towels and standard bathroom towels. The pool is extremely small. The hot tub is quite the opposite and could hold probably 20 people. The activities coordinator in the lobby is very helpful. There is a spa and work out center in the building. Overall, it was a nice stay. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen area and view of the mountains.

The best part of this condo is the stunning view from the spacious balcony. The condo was clean and as described with comfortable beds and great showers. The kitchen was well equipped. The hosts were very responsive. Would stay here again! Lots of space for our family of 4.

Nice place met expectations. Very clean. Air Conditioner stopped working but was fixed quickly the next day.

we stay 3 nights. we were told washing machine broke down before we check in.
on the 2rd day the air condition start acting up.
Temp got up to 27 . we contact owner on the third day. maintenance people came to reset but didn't work. because its the weekend Hvac guy won't be available. As this is a private owne, the resort can't do anything for us.

This is our second stay at the Solara Resort and it is always our best vacation spot. The condo is very clean and well-equipped with everything we need. The kitchen is well-stocked and everything works as expected. The underground parking is great for packing for a ski-day in the middle of winter. The pool/hot-tub is clean with flexible hours. We also enjoyed the 'Take a Hike' market which is attached to the building so we didn't even need to go outside for a latte and breakfast sandwich. Thanks S&S!

Stacey and Stanton have a beautiful place with all the comforts of home. Their advantage, it is in Canmore, and close to everything you want to see and do. Stacey and Stanton were very efficient in their communication and we would certainly deal with them again.

We had a wonderful trip to Banff, and our stay in this Canmore home was amazing! Clean property, kitchen met our needs, beautiful views of the mountains, comfortable beds. Only problem for us was our truck not fitting in the garage due to our carrier on top. Would stay again, with a shorter vehicle!

This condo is beautiful and exactly as it appears in the photos. It was very comfortable for a family of four including two teens. We used the foldout couch, which is as functional and comfortable as a regular bed. The views are spectacular, the amenities all worked well and met our needs, and the complex is easy to access and conveniently located, with plenty of underground parking, even over the Christmas holiday. The hosts sent detailed instructions and were very welcoming. We highly recommend this condo and definitely would stay there again the next time we visit Banff for a ski vacation.
