About this house rental
Located in Belleair Beach, this lovely house for $880 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Nestled in a highly convenient setting, our property offers a unique experience, right next to the multimillion-dollar mansions in Belleair. Here's what you can expect from your stay: The house features three bedrooms on the first floor with 2 king size beds, 1 bunkbed twin over full and a twin sofa bed available, making it ideal for guests with mobility challenges who prefer not to navigate stairs. We've creatively designated the loft as a bedroom to accommodate a king-size bed. The loft, our personal favorite, boasts a closet and overlooks the largest bedroom with one of the king-size beds available in the property. It also has private access to the top deck, offering a unique and cozy atmosphere. Inside the house, you'll find Purple 3 and 4 Mattresses available for your comfort. We kindly ask that you refrain from eating on the beds. To enhance your beach experience, we provide beach towels, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs for your convenience. Families with small children will find small kids dinnerware, high chair, foldable crib, play pen and baby monitor to make your stay hassle-free. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware you need, ensuring you can prepare your favorite meals. Working from home guests!, we got you!, there are a total of 4 desks with comfortable desk chairs just waiting for you! Please note that our home is adjacent to three condos on stilts, with our unit being the only one at ground level, eliminating the need for stairs to access the main living area (unless you plan on using the loft). Our home is distinctive because it was the original structure on this lot and truly feels like a warm and welcoming home. While our home isn't directly connected to the beach deck, it shares the same property. To access the beach deck, simply take a 30-second stroll through the common areas under the stilts. Our deck is located on the far right when facing the beach, closest to the neighboring beachfront mansion. There are two decks side by side, and ours is the lower-level deck, offering a truly unique and unparalleled experience. We kindly request that guests refrain from grilling, vaping, or smoking within the house or any of the condominium areas. The same rules apply within a 10-foot radius around the building and in all common areas. Regrettably, pets are not allowed due to condominium association rules. We cherish our home and frequently spend time here. As a result, you may find that the garage and the main closet are locked during your stay. For your safety and security, please be aware that the condominium association has installed cameras in most of the common areas, including the upstairs deck, stairs, and driveways. These cameras continuously record footage to ensure the safety of both owners and guests. We hope you enjoy your stay in our unique and private haven. Although we've created a 3D tour of our home. Before our stay, the owner was super responsive to a few questions we had. We were wowed by the property when we got there. It has one of the best-stocked kitchens we've ever seen. Super clean and updated home. Great patio just outside the unit with access to another overlooking the water. Literally a one-minute walk to the beach. The area has some close-by restaurants/bars that were awesome, too. I highly recommend this area and this property, in particular. We would go again.

My sisters and I celebrated my 50th at this lovely beach house. We loved every second of sunsets, beach walks, and relaxing. The house was well stocked and we needed for nothing. Highly recommended.

Beautiful unit but no private balcony that will allow multiple people to sit and watch the ocean. For clarification this unit is on the back side of several other units. The people were incredible! Very comfortable.

3 of us stayed at this wonderful beach rental. My 90 year old mom sat on the patio and felt like she was "On the Beach" with it being so close. The inside of the rental looked exactly like the pictures. New kitchen with all the dishes, flatware, pots & pans would accommodate a large group. Would definitely rent again and will share this rental with friends & family. Owners were very accessible and responded quickly to questions.

This property was immaculate, well stocked and steps to the beautiful beach. One thing we were not aware of, was parking only for 1 car! This was a problem due to permit parking & limited "beach parking" in our parking lot.

YES I would recommend this property. We would love to stay again. House is adorable, SUPER well equipped, and the literally steps to a gorgeous beach.

The ONLY thing to note for potential guests, is that there is only ONE parking spot and the listing does NOT say that. Even under parking, there's no indication that there's one spot. If you have more than one set of adults, this is tricky. Leaving and trying to navigate having a public parking spot is tricky.
We made it work but it did deter us from leaving as much as we wanted to.
Again, NOT a reason to not stay here as the house is wonderful and the host is so kind.

This is my second time back to this property. It's perfect if you're looking for a beachside place that includes so many great amenities. We slept comfortably there with my wife and I, my in-laws and two kids 5 and 7. The patio deck and small driveway for a car are awesome to have. To sum it up, when we arrived my youngest walked in the door and said, "aahhhh, home sweet home".

The location was fabulous and it truly is a few yards to the heach. The listing is 100% accurate. It worked so well for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were plenty of beach chairs and toys. Parking for more than 1 car is a challege, but we made it work out. It appears the deck has new flooring and furniture based on pictures. Great place to watch sunsets! Our family had so much fun. It's a lovely property.

Wonderful hosts, such a great lady! Fast communication! Gorgeous location! Wish it wasn’t 60 when we were there lol. But the beds were comfy and house was stocked with starter items!!! Had everything we needed! Thank you so much, hope we can stay again with better weather :)

This truly is a hidden gem! We had the most amazing experience. The pictures and online description is all that and more. It is the perfect location and truly 30 second walk to the beach and perfect deck for sunset view. We will be back!

We loved this home, great for families, they supplied everything you could need, the beds are very comfortable and the sheets are so soft. The location to the beach was perfect, just a few steps. The beach was beautiful and on the quiet area of the beach. Ana was always quick to respond to my questions and was so sweet and accommodating with some requests we had. Would definitely stay here again!

If you're looking for the perfect get-away, this is the place. You are about 50 steps from the beach, plus you have yor own private deck that faces the Gulf. There is a wonderful Italian Restaurant right across the street (Casa Italia) and a great place for Breakfast 3 blocks away (Sandy's). The condo was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The decor and furnishings were top notch. Four of us stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, perfect location
Very clean beautiful home. Very spacious. Well stocked with everything you might need. Big plus that beach chairs and equipment is included since we fly in. Walk right off of deck onto the beach. Location was very quiet and well patrolled by local sheriffs. Owners were great to work with. We will definitely be returning to this home on our next IRB trip.

What appeared to be a house on the beach turned out to be a house blocked by 3 other condos. The deck was great and did sit on the beach. Sunsets were awesome. Parking was a disappointment. There was one parking space in front of the house and all other parking was open to the public or owned by other property owners. The interior decor was beautiful. There were only a few towels and wash cloths. I purchased others so that I didn't have to wash them every day. Overall, it was in a great location and we had a very nice and much needed get-away!

Also provided are beach chairs, boogie boards and all the sand toys you could want…we asked about beach umbrellas and owner had two brand new ones waiting for us-since a former renter had left theirs on beach😩. Comfy beds-tv’s if you want them-walk to restaurants and convenience store. Step off the ocean front patio and you’re on the beach in about 10 steps! Beautiful clean beach and not too crowded since most places to the right are private homes.
