The worst experience

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The air conditioning was like an oven, without exaggeration, and this was the case in more than one room. How is it acceptable for a hotel in the middle of summer to have air conditioning that feels like it’s blowing hot air? After midnight, I actually woke up because of the extreme heat and ended up taking the mattress to the living room floor just to be able to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless the air-conditioning and cooling issues are properly fixed. Hopefully, the hotel management will take this seriously and improve the experience for future guests.
