The location was wonderful. Basically the condo was nice & extremely well equipped. But it needs some work done on it. Blinds in living room are broken & only pull open 1/3 of way & don’t turn to let in light. Storm door in bad shape & needs replacing, rug in living room dirty & couches are worn out. Very uncomfortable. We are coming back next year & hope some of these things are fixed. Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all fair.This unit was very poorly maintained by the owner.
Front screen door broken
Front door difficult to latch at times.
Electrical units unsafe throughout unit
Main bedroom bathroom exhaust fan not working
Dripping shower heads in both showers
Lanai fan not working (maintenance man spent 5 hours one day replacing electrical unit in living room)
Living room couch and pillows smelled of old bodily fluids
During our stay dining room chair fell apart while sitting
Large mirror in hallway fell off wall due to aged wire and brackets
Refrigerator door shelves cracked and middle shelf broke with normal weight.
Bedroom ceiling fan not working

Location very nice with beach across street
Grounds very well maintained.
Swimming pool recently maintained but unable to use during over half of stay.

Owner(presumed) left personal belongings on Lanai
