Enttäuschend.

Die Fotos im Angebot zeigen das Haus "Hellaberg 1" von vor 5 Jahren, so scheint es zumindest. Seitdem ist nicht viel passiert, was sich auch am Zustand des Gebäudes, des Umfeldes und des "Gartens" widerspiegelt. Die Lage des Hauses. Der Weg zur Unterkunft führte teilweise über einen schmalen Pfad über ein anderes Grundstück, direkt am Nachbarbungalow vorbei. Also wer den Nachbarn gern auf den Teller schaut kann das mögen. Die Zuwegung war zugemüllt mit Bergen von Holz, alten Paletten usw. Die Aussicht war misserabel. Die Hecke 3 m hoch, wild zugewachsen und nicht gepflegt. Dadurch bekommt man keine Sonne mehr auf die teilweise marode Terrasse. Auf dem anderen Nachbargrundstück in 5m Entfernung türmte sich der Sanierungsmüll. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist ok, allerdings ist sie nicht wirklich kompromissbereit was Reklamationen anbelangt. Die vorangegangen Rezessionen lesen sich wie die Beurteilung eines 1A Feriendomizils. Sind aber auf die anderen Häuser der Vermieter bezogen. Egal wie sehr man die Natur auch mag, auf einer dunklen Terrasse sitzen und die Hecke anzustarren empfinden wir nicht als erholsam und spiegelt auch bei weitem nicht den hohen Preis wider. Was die Wohnung ansich anbelangt, war auch sie im allgemeinen abgewohnt und schmuddelig. Das die Wohnung nicht 1A gereinigt war...ok, da kann man vielleicht darüber hinwegsehen wenn man nicht so hohen Wert auf Wohlfühlathmosphäre legt Für den doch hohen Preis haben wir einiges mehr erwartet, aber mindestens den Zustand der bilder im Angebot. Was das Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis anbelangt sollte man sich für die Zukunft Gedanken machen. Diese Unterkunft ist, realistisch betrachtet, 50 und nicht 100 Euro wert.

Super ruhige Lage in schöner Umgebung

Es gibt im Haus alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig.
