Very lovely location, very lovely farmhouse with all the things you would need and want. Equipped with a wonderful wood fireplace (it was -4.00c the night we stayed), kitchen appliances, kitchenware and plenty of pantry items such as cooking oils, salts, peppers, coffee beans, coffee grinder, etc. property also had a washing machine, clothesline, outdoor bathtub, and lots of friendly sheep and a lovely horse that only comes to you if you have food lol. Very close to the Bruny island ferry. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was great!

So many small details from the fire being ready to light to soda stream machine with flavours. Loved the beautiful coffee and tea options!

Beautiful spot with picturesque beach view and very clear nice sky for stargazing

The views were fantastic and a short stroll to the private beach from the accommodation. We were able to experience farm life interacting with farm animals, especially sheep where they came so close to us when we called out to them. The kitchen facilities and pantry were great and the owner was generous to provide lots for or cooking.

Overall is generally clean but a little more attention to cleaning away spider webs will be good.
