We stayed one week in Kate's apartment in August 2026.
The apartment is super spacious and comfortable with a terrace and additional space in the yard and private parking. All necessary appliances in the kitchen and bathroom were included. We always have a problem with beds during our vacations but the bed in the bedroom is super spacious and comfortable, almost for three people. The apartment is very close to the beach, road, supermarket, gas station, Catholic Church, Split airport, and ten minutes walk from the local market and the old town of Trogir.
We appreciated Kate's and Marin's hospitality, they are wonderful hosts and made us feel at home. Kate also left refreshments and snacks in the refrigerator when we arrived, and on the morning we left she also gave us one bottle of handmade vine and one bottle of handmade olive oil as present.
We are very grateful for all your help and assistance during our stay in the wonderful town of Trogir. We will come back for sure. Thank you so much! Greetings from the Saric family ❤️

Loc aproape de punctele turistice din old town , magazine alimentare, plaja locală, centru medical pentru turişti. Gazda prietenoasā, amabilă. Bucătărie dotată cu cele necesare. Gazda ne- a asteptat cu diverse alimente/ băuturi in frigider. Parcare gratuită in fața camerei.
Avioanele care survolau des deasupra, aeroportul din Split era aproape, dar ne- am obişnuit.

lovely host and the actual size of the apartment was perfect. Well equipped kitchen though would benefit from some smaller pots. previous reviews have mentioned there is no shower curtain, this remains the same. The apartment advertises that there is BBQ facilities, there isn’t. Also says that it is beach front, they forget to mention the very busy, noisy main road to get to the beach. There is some air traffic noise but this can be expected being so close to the airport. We still enjoyed three nights in Trogir before heading home.
The property is very clean,however, the stale smell of cigarettes is awful and really affected my asthma, though the bedroom was ok. We couldn’t sit in there so used the outside space and stayed out for most of the stay. When we arrived there was an overwhelming smell of air freshener which instantly made me cough. It was too late to rebook as it was at the end of our two week holiday. Such a shame as the apartment is quite nice and very spacious. Maybe some fabric deep clean and repaint would solve it.
