I ordered for 2.5 month for my son to visit us .. i got a room with was old .. I asked to replace .. and the team, immediate reply and replace the room.. so the service was great and we were juggling between rooms to keep him in new rooms. At the end service location the new rooms are great. Just take care when you order the new rooms.
When I order, I didn’t understand clearly there is a huge difference between new rooms and all rooms.

Location was great. There was enough space and the small kitchen had all you needed.
The bathroom was not ideal especially as the shower soaked the room including the toilet. The furniture was not very comfortable.

Fantastic location. Very friendly and helpful staff that went the extra mile.
The lounge lighting was not so 'cosey/homely'. Very bright and cold!

The property is well-located and offers good facilities.
There is a strong need for a humidity control device and an air purifier.
