Good location (ski in/out). Friendly staff. Reasonable price (booking through teleo vacanze instead of the hotel direct gives you free parking, pool use and 15% off in the hotel).

Unfortunately check in was a big issue. I feel this was probably due to Teleo Vacanze being a separate organization to the hotel. This meant that when we tried to check in as organised (after midnight on the arrival day) we were told by the concierge that there was no booking and we weren’t expected. It was 2am and we had a protracted check in process where they eventually gave us a room for the night, and I needed to contact booking.com customer services in the morning to sort out. To be fair it was sorted out within about 2 hours of contacting customer services. The room we were given was larger than expected and we were allowed to stay in there for the duration as compensation for the check in issue. We were only given an explanation when I asked for one, and were told that the computer system didn’t process our booking properly.

Location close to ski slopes

No WiFi, practically even in the main area where it was promised by the crew to work, but it did not. No driers for ski boots. Poor selection of food.

The facilities are super. Location is great right beside lifts.

There was no kettle, toaster or microwave in our apartment. There wasn't even decent bowls for our cereal we used big mugs instead. Also would recommend leaving extra bin liners for the bins and maybe a tea towel for washing up.

Vicinissima alle piste, appartamento fornito di tutto (asciugamani, sapone, pentole, stoviglie, tv, asciugacapelli, stendino, asse da stiro, cassaforte, etc) … pulito e silenzioso. La struttura è dotata di vari servizi come noleggio sci, possibilità di acquisto ski pass, prenotazioni con scuola sci, bar e ristorante (possibilità di take away, cibo veramente buono). E tanto altro. Erano sempre presenti delle animazioni serali. Spettacoli teatrali per bambini molto carini. Ottimo per trascorrere la settimana bianca con la famiglia o con gli amici. Posizione veramente ottima

Il letto consisteva in due materassi singoli uniti per cui si formava un buco centrale ,inoltre risultavano molto scomodi. Consiglio vivamente di cambiarli in un unico materasso comodo.. alloggiando per giorni è stato pesante dormirci su… Inoltre pagare 15€+4€ di telo per accedere alla spa è un furto, è veramente di piccole dimensioni e consisteva in solo sauna e bagno turco. Anche la piscina è piccola , adatta per bambini ma non per adulti. Mi aspettavo di più da una struttura del genere. Inoltre anche lì è obbligatorio portare con sé se li si ha già un telo ( o a comprarlo 4€) e la cuffia (3€)

Bar area not cosy, hotel too spread out. Access to pool was unusual. Expensive restaurant for young families.
