The staff was nice and accommodating. They welcomed me with warm smiles. I liked that the room was clean and well-kept. The bed, the pillows, and a blanket were all clean as well as the bathroom. They provided the shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. There were also slippers and a hair dryer. There were bath towels and face towels. They have a telephone to ring the receptionist for assistance. It was a well-lit room. They do laundry. The hotel is close to a milktea shop, food stalls, and coffee shops. Both grab car and bikes can access the road. Even though they don't have a lift, they will help you with your luggage (mine was a small one).
Some of the towels were stained and so I didn't just use them. I don't know but when I watched youtube after every 15-20 minutes the TV shuts down. I asked them about it but they weren't able to fix it. So, I just gave up and not use the TV at all. They claimed they have free netflix but it wasn't accessible so make sure you ask assistance from the staff. I didn't bother since I was too tired. I wish they have a small table for food just in case youre too tired to eat outside. No lift.

Large roof terrace, spacious room;
Huge leak in the kitchen ; kitchen gets very hot during the day; garbage in the room was not being emptied, even upon request (I don't need daily cleaning, but wastebin should be emptied regularly for hygiene reasons)
